Good pad holder and no disrespect however i think he is holding both the punches and kicks a bit to low .. the kicks should be up higher to promote full range of power and the punches are below head height . I think he also stifels the right knee by holding the pad vertical as opposed to horizontal
I agree he’s holding the pads at chest height but I think with the knee he’s actually aiming for the belly pad and the pad is just there to stop it from coming up which I personally think Is a better way to do it
@@Dawgzdanglies fair enough but I've never, and also never known anyone holding thai pads vertical for knees .. watch any high level pad holder in Thailand.. the knee doesn't hit flush like it should
