  • 2 Anti-Rotation Exercises to Increase Strength Gains. Mind Pump Adam and Mind Pump Justin introduce 2 New Anti-Rotation Exercises to Increase Your Strength Movements. By adding more resistance and movement, you can include these 2 anti-rotation progressions into your workout to gain more core strength, control and stability.
    Intent is everything. Full control and ability to overcome the forces that are trying to take the load away from the body.
    -Slow cadence
    -Feeling your way through the rep
    -Make sure the quality of the movement is in check the entire time
    ------
    Exercise #1
    - Extend your arms all the way straight
    - Good posture
    - Shoulders and hips squared up
    - Not allowing the rope to pull him back
    - Fighting the last bit of rotation
    - 45 degrees and back
    - Core engaged
    ---------
    Exercise #2 - Single Arm Cable Press
    - Squared up
    - Good Posture
    - Not letting any rotation happen
    - Our desired outcome is to fight rotation and strengthen your core
    - Stabilize the entire time
    - Let the elbow come back to 90 degrees
    - No twisting, turning or momentum
    - Press the arm and resist on the way back

    in the second exercise 90 degrees in elbow is necessary? or the idea is not to twist, but you can move elbow more backwards ?
