List of the events for reference:
Whomp's Domino Ruins / Domino Ruins Treasure Hunt:
0:00 - Whomps on the Move!: The Whomps will move to their alternate positions on the board, which can clear one path but block off another. In Partner Party, if someone was planning to backtrack when a Whomp's back is in the way, they'll be stuck because of this.
0:09 - Domino Trap Sprung!: Landing on an event space at the top of the board (in Mario Party) or triggering it at the top (Partner Party, 10% chance), a trap will be triggered which will force characters back to the right end of the path.
0:38 - Choose a Treasure Chest (Mario Party only): A chance to snag some free coins from the treasure chests, or possibly even a custom dice block.
0:52 - Open the Treasure Chest (Partner Party only): If your team finds the key in the board, they can open the treasure chest and grab a free star.
King Bob-Omb's Powderkeg Mine / Gold Rush Mine:
1:30 - Royal Explosion!: Landing on Event Spaces around King Bob-Omb (or triggering them by chance in the case of Partner Party) will trigger a countdown starting from 5 (10 in Partner Party). If it lands on 0, King Bob-Omb will explode, taking half the coins of anyone unlucky enough to be there when it happens.
1:57 - Welcome to the Mine Cart! (Mario Party only): A free ride in the mine carts to the other side of the board.
2:15 - Gold Mine Gamble / Dig for Gold: Landing here allows you to mine for coins for yourself (or your team). Just be careful your pickaxe doesn't break, or you'll get nothing. (Requires the Pickaxe item in Partner Party)
2:44 - Conveyor Belt Reversal!: The conveyor belt will go the opposite direction if someone lands on this space, which could unfortunately mean a run right into pesky Bob-Ombs.
2:58 - Unnamed Mine Cart Event (Partner Party only): Pay the Bob-Omb some coins, and they'll try their best to get you an extra special item in the mines. They could come back with that item, something different, or nothing at all.
3:33 - Golden Opportunity (Partner Party only): If your team finds the Pickaxe, this is your chance to get a Star.
Megafruit Paradise / Watermelon Walkabout:
4:06 / 4:38 - Pipe warp!: You will be warped to the opposite corner of the board.
4:18 - Angry Mega Blooper: The Mega Blooper will fling any unfortunate players back to the start of the board (in Partner Party, this has a small chance of happening on the top bridge).
4:51 - Unnamed star event (Mario Party only): The person who lands here can light the sprinklers, and if both are lit, you get a free star.
5:32 - Unnamed Flutter event: The shop here works as normal, but a thermometer goes up a bit on each visit (happening by chance in Partner Party). If it gets too high, ice cream will force this shop's closure.
6:12 - Present box: You can pick between two presents, and one of them could give you the services of Lakitu or the Koopa Paratroopa. If you're unlucky, a Piranha Plant could nick some of your spare change.
7:03 - To the Plateau! (Partner Party only): If your team gets the silver pick, you can get high enough to reach the plateau of Watermelon Island.
Kamek's Tantalizing Tower / Tantalizing Tower Toys:
7:21 - Unnamed statue event (Mario Party only): After stopping in front of the statue, or after purchasing a Star (or not having the funds needed for it), the statue will change the cost of the next star(s). It will never be the same twice.
7:38 - Watch out for the Chain Chomp!: Landing on the Event Spaces behind the Chain Chomp's cell (or triggering it by chance in Partner Party) will let the Chain Chomp free and let it attack whoever freed it, taking some of their coins in the process.
8:00 - Toady Liiiiiiift! (Magikoopa Liiiiiiift! for us British folk): Toadies will transport someone to another spot on the board. This is key to get between floors in Partner Party.
8:11 - Shady Shop: A Toady will make you purchase something from its shop, and the stock refills after all items are out. Buying something from there in Partner Party will get you a capsule ticket.
8:35 - Unnamed statue event (Partner Party only): If you have a capsule ticket, you can try your hand for prizes at the big statue, with the best prize being a couple of free stars.
9:00 - The door is opening! (Partner Party only): If a team holds the key, they can reach a hidden portion of the board. You'll need Toadies to get there in Mario Party, however.
9:14 - Unnamed event: Just Lakitu's money/star stealing services. Nothing too special to mention.
