I want to be surrounded by sea life. I want to see whales, sharks, dolphins, octopus, sea turtles, and colorful fish as I look outside my bedroom window. How about a skyscraper or seascraper built from the sea floor up to 1,500 feet. Somewhere in the Caribbean Sea or the South Pacific. I guess this is a project for the 21 Century. Stay tuned.
