easily one of the best songs in the universe. Great performance. The guitar parts were 9/10 advanced at some parts and the guitarist hit 98,76% of the notes. Drummer parts were in prog industry average 7,5/10 but he played it spot on. accuracy 100%. And to these types of math rock, drums should't be overplayed, so the style suited perfectly. ))
Damn, they're actually better in a live setting...the tempo is perfect. It sounds like something with juxtaposition and feelings and stuff but there aren't any lyrics...so it's impossible for me to know exactly what I should be feeling.
lyrics make us remember things, nothing else. Lyrics are Chichat from ppl we don't know... here we are listening emotions, they are unknown... we can speculate, but for what. Actually listening to lyrics is not always knowing what others lived and felt, lyrics are not always that explicit, even though they were explicit, are we understanding exactly what other lived and felt? Or are we remember things related that we lived and felt maybe way different? This is like listening to nature or something like that. We don't need the chitchat

Coming back to this video 7yrs. later, just to say its insane how much this live session sounds almost identical to the album version.

Nope, the guitarist splits his signal into a bass amp. He also plays with a super thick low string and tunes down to B.
