Also the new Champions League format is milking it with 8 league stage games and playoffs. I loved Joe as a goalie, he lost form and got it back and the MBE is just perfect.

Remember Joe returning to Maine road as Brighton's goalkeeper was at the game think we put four goals past him that day and felt a bit sorry for him that day but great memories of big Joe watching as a young lad sat on the wall at the front of the kippax stand and his interaction with Helen before the game great memories.

Watching our club from the Kippax or Platt Lane in the 70s, Joe and Mike Doyle were my favourite players. Yes, the front line was so exciting, and I was lucky enough to meet Mike Summerbee and Francis Lee, but Joe and Mike were my top two. Great memories

I love hearing from Joe and I agree with everything he says. That is why there are players careers being shortened or ended altogether.

Players are paid way to much some players earn what it would take me over 10 years to earn what they get a week its ridiculous and that's why myself and a lot of fans don't go anymore it should be 40 quid tops for any game soon or later it will unravel mark my words the working class supporters are beening priced out of the game ctid 😮

I don't want a Club world cup there is no need for it, Ian i also want the Champions League to be knockout only. Then i want the EPL to have 22 clubs as it was in 1992-93 season but have bottom 4 relegate each season.
