    Okay i got injured at work through my colleague without informing me about round in a chamber he gave me firearm and said nothing i take firearm and holster it and it accidentally went off hit 8:24

    Hi I want to ask I stole doctors phone.I had problems financially and being threatened by people I owed,and ended up doing this.And I was seen in cameras but the phone was found,cause I placed it somewhere.Can I be dismissed or given a written or last warning.I was my first time doing this,I don't have even criminal records whatsoever.And I'm going for the disciplinary hearing.What must I expect.Im so stressed that I would lose my job.Or what can I say to defend myself on the hearing.

    If your manager bullies you during disciplinary and doesn't follow the procedure what should you do?

      escape the situation. if this a 1on1 situation - it shouldnt be. then you just politely state that you will not partake in such an unprofessional conversation, and leave and SEE YOUR NEXT HIGHER UP MANAGER (your bosses boss) IMMEDIATELY or go to a lawyer.
      same goes for a hearing with multiple people, although i guess, in such a hearing with multiple parties involved there will be SOME level of professionalism and politeness upheld.
      if that does not apply and EVERYONE in the room bullies you? well. leave any way you want and dont come back, youre in the wrong company and you dont need the money from such people anyhow.
