One thing I don't understand is what beginner would buy these cubes? Like, most people who want to learn how to solve a cube will not be trying to learn through these, but through a regular cube. Most wouldn't even think about getting these, and plus it's like spending $10 3 times for 3 training cubes that don't help all too much. Just what I feel about these.
I bought them for my kids! They were too intimidated by a full blown cube, so these will help ease them into it.

It's called the UT cube because if you look at one side let's just say the blue side. The blue makes a T and the black makes a U

I believe you can achieve the same effect with interchanging the pieces of a stickered cube and an unstickered black cube
Or get a stickered cube and just remove the stickers on some pieces.

These are marketed as trainers, but I think the market is probably bigger than that. That rainbow cube just looks cool. The cloud cubes, if you want to customize it with stickers, you can get a nice effect with one side being white and the rest being pink/blue depending which you get. These will sell to cubers who want to expose their kids and friends to cubing and will take any excuse to buy more cubes. Especially cool budget cubes.

the UT cube can also be a PLL and OLL (last layer algs in general) trainer
I think gan should sell these in stores as now the public will get a better cube over a rubiks brand
They dont have the production ability
But when they do they would have to price it under the rubiks Brand Cube
Because the target demographic wont buy "knockoff cube" which is more pricey then rubiks Brand.
Nevertheless i think gan is the only Brand capable of selling in speedcubes in stores
@@Flaxify i agree but the only real possibility of them selling is that the have to launch a lots of advertising or collaborate with rubiks in some way or another like with the rsc.
Or if the put feliks on the box as he is a household name and the public will see a once wr record holder purely endorces this product and gan have previously sold items in stores like the rsc. And the fact the gan monster cube will be probably be around the price of 11 pounds(around 13 dollars). Which is the same price as a rubiks brand if not cheaper in some stores.
So in conclusion though i agree with you it won't be out of the realm of possibilitty.
R Bose you also forget that the everyday “Joe” will just go and buy the “Rubik’s” cube because it is official or real or genuine etc

Most people don't want to spend money to solve the cube, how many beginners know where you can buy them, you can also just buy cheap cubes and desticker them.

If you want an F2L trainer, get the MG3 non-magnetic and then the UT cube and swap the Edges on the MG3 with the one on the UT

I'm guessing that the "T" in "UT" stands for training. So upper layer training cube.
It stands for the shapers you see on the blue, red, orange, and green side. The colored parts of the sides make a t and the black parts make a u
The u and the t stand for the shapes you see on the green, blue, red and orange sides. The t is the colored part on those sides and the u is the black part

Is the magnetic cube good for maining
When you look on the UT cube with White Top, The Black forms a U and the colour (Red, Blue, Green or Orange) forms the T From the UT cube
I really like how these look but think they missed the most important one. They should’ve focused on an F2L trainer cube and probably in 2 different sizes like 55mm and 52mm both magnetic and stickerless.
I have a question. does the cubes feel anything like a GAN speedcube? if so, which one?

for the ut cube if you put the cube upside down the T is for corlours and U is for Black
4:28 im sure that wont be a problem because most beginners dont start learning cfop (i think) so f2l are 2 seperate sequences. im sure you know this

Cube snowflakes. When I learned to cube all we had was the Rubik's brand cube that we would heavily modify for "usability". THAT was gleaming the cube!
