Young man, you do have some of the coolest "toys" I've seen!!! You can never be over prepared for when the SHTF, but I'd have to say you're within eyesight of that! Well done! If, IF that time does come those beautiful young ladies are going to have a fighting chance to survive with what you've taught them and what you have available. Can't ask for better than that! After watching this video, i am blaming you for the fight with my wife that if fixing to happen, Cause I want one of these now. Not sure if you have but you can but drawer sliders which come out further or alternatively you can make that an open drawer (with no front) or you can perhaps install a hinge on the drawer front so the front of the drawer flips down.
Granted you can also shift the whole thing back which would probably be easier, cheaper and faster than all the crap I just wrote above.
You can make some flavored bread and cut in squares for homemade croutons

That little room is going to get really hot. The fd’rs give off a Lot of heat. You may want to move your food storage to a cooler are as heat degrades your food.

You should probably move the pump about 6 to 10 inches to the right. You need proper air flow through the machine. I just don't want it to cause problems for you.

Not sure if you mentioned it in this video,but how long did you end up waiting to get that thing in? In another video you mentioned it might be a while for delivery.
It took about 9 weeks total I think. Last I heard they were down to just a couple weeks but that was a couple weeks ago.
