    These videos are very useful to me because i'm starting with calisthenics and i really find these helpful.
    I see that almost every workout you hit either pushing and pullung muscle, so how many times a week do you do full body workout? How much time does these workout take to you?

      It all depends since I'm balancing work, fitness, and raising my son. I can't give an exact schedule and workout split because I don't have one lol.
      I usually do more split style training but when I don't have much time I do full body workouts like this. A push and pull is usually in every workout because my upper body recovers faster than legs. If I'm not recording and doing a bunch of stuff for content my workouts are usually an hour or less.
