      My dad is from Toronto area, or so I thought, unfortunately he was born in the US. All his brothers were in World War II fighting for Canada and the US Army and saw combat , my dad being the youngest caught the tail end of World War II and did not leave the United States. Fortunately, he moved to California with my mother and I love it here the home of Nixon regulations, what’s more conservative than conserving the environment?

    Very interesting as Henry Kissinger said in an interview as regards Donald Trump
    "I think Trump may be one of those figures in history who appears from time to time to mark the end of an era and to force it to give up its pretences. It doesn't necessarily mean that he knows this, or that he is considering any great alternative. It could just be an accident."
    He also said “Trump may already be a substantial figure in world history, not, alas, some bizarre printer's error that his opponents hope to erase from its pages’ he's not just any historical figure but one who marks the end of an era and that Trump could play a world-historical role without necessarily knowing what he is doing.”

      Christopher Naughton here- aptly and brilliantly stated. I did not even know that he commented on Trump before his passing. There are a lot of things that Kissinger will be associated with in the future, but prophet may not have been one of them! Thank you for sharing this.

      Your past sentence gets the point I envision. I would suggest, he may be thinking he's doing one thing, but unrealized to him, he does a wholly different in our reality.
      As a Sociologist/Behavioralist my concern was and still is on another level also, his "Clinical Narcissist Personality Disorder", and true to the Clinical defining of this PD, he is unaware of it, and they truly believe they are the best, Grandiosity is a major trait.
      I continue to desire to have greater understanding of his supporting Public's either not recognizing the behaviors, or having a denial factor, or having a "fostered idea of the alternative", or a deep seed prejudice, or a Mix/all.
      I'm not judging any of them or him, I am really interested in having clarity on the "Thinking" and "Beliefs".
      My desire has to do with Media and Establishing an Executive Protocol for all who run fir the office, to identify any Personality Disorders. DT has Overt Symptoms, there are others that are Covert, and they are far more dangerous given that level of Power.
      Great comment you shared.

    As a person familiar with astrology, cycles, the USA chart, politics and the whole enchilada, what I don’t understand is if this revolutionary cycle is about to spin up, why does it LOOK and FEEL so regressive? So much of the movement we have seen so far that has been channeled thru DT has had the feeling of racing BACKWARDS towards a time when women were more repressed, civil and voting rights were more repressed and certainly patriarchy ind evangelical programs and propaganda are on the rise and grabbing power. This does not feel revolutionary. It feels horribly repressive and regressive. I wish these aspects had been addressed more. And yes, I fully understand that with our current position just at the start of so many re-sets, it’s hard to predict eventual outcomes, but right now this looks like us being dragged into a much darker place that I don’t want to have anything to do with, if this is what is next. I think women, especially women of color and all already marginalized people are in deep grief over what loss of this election means because we had such a hopeful vision laid before us and what we worked to hard to bring about…..the grief from this loss is the theft of a future we so dearly wanted to see for the planet and for humanity. I wish this had been addressed in this discussion.

      Hello, Christopher Naughton here... thank you for the thoughtful response. I would suggest that many of these existential "troughs" the US has been through in the previous three Uranian cycles also have had their dire, depressing, seemingly retrogressive "feels" to them- in 1776-77, the Brits won early on, and Washington was handed numerous losses, and the patriots rightfully feared they would be hanged; things got worse and worse as the Civil War approached because any notion of phasing out slavery peacefully faced stronger opposition; and in 1941 as Uranus entered Gemini America had faced fascist forces within our own country (Charles Lindbergh, Burton Wheeler, and the "America First" crowd) before taking on fascism and totalitarianism and other forms of militarism. So, it has always looked and felt regressive, for the most part, as America entered these periods. There is always a silver lining in these periods, and the same is true here, I would submit- burgeoning, emerging spirituality; UAP Disclosure/Sightings/Possible First Contact; technological advancements; and the rising consciousness of lower- and middle-classes that will not tolerate the ever-expanding disparity between the wealthiest and the poor- already this election is being described in two words: "income inequality." And if the new administration thinks it will get away with the tax breaks for the rich as it did before, it will find itself facing the very people who elected it. Something feels different about this election that truly has populism at its core, and that may very well translate into action. At least, this is my hope. One thing Nick and I did discuss was as America goes through these passages, it redefines itself for the better. Although the immediate road may be rough, the highest ideals of American consciousness, I believe, will prevail. This revolution is in consciousness and will not be stopped.

    • @EleneDOM
      @EleneDOM 6 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@cnaughtonmedia I hope those lower- and middle-class folk that voted for him will actually take notice. They didn't seem to mind in the least during 2016-20 when he gave all those tax breaks to the rich. And they still overwhelmingly believed he would be better for the economy, despite all the evidence to the contrary.
      Regarding revolution, I can only say that to "revolve" means to go around to the place you started. Revolution doesn't necessarily mean progress.
      But yes, so many things have changed, including more widespread consciousness of UAPs and climate change becoming so obvious that only the most bullheaded can continue to ignore it.

      I've been reading Rachel Maddow's book "Prequel," about those America First fascists in the WWII period, and it's striking how much the EXACT same words were being used then as now, including "Build the Wall."
      As you say, we got through it then and we are likely to get through it again-- which is one of Maddow's main points. It took huge efforts on the parts of a lot of very brave and persistent people, though, some of whom put their lives on the line. In addition to all the soldiers who joined the fight, there were American individuals who took it upon themselves to infiltrate and investigate those who were working on behalf of the Nazis in the US. For a long time the FBI and local law enforcement refused to take the problem seriously, and those individuals had to push them hard and gather the evidence they didn't bother to get.

    I am an astrology student for 10 years and a lifetime democrat -- no more. My biggest issue with the way many astrologers handled this election is the assumption that a.) we agreed with who should win and who is the real danger and 2.) assuming that there is something wrong with those who were not in agreement. The condescension was so extreme I had to quit people. I have loved and followed for years. While no accidental insults were hurled here, a.) assumption that we agree has occurred. Disappointing. Ehy do astrologers assume everyone agrees with your politics? I don't find this happening from the other side. Think about that. Excuse the typos

    • @EleneDOM

      No matter whether you are still a Democrat or not, Trump IS the real danger, a very serious danger. Even before taking office, he is causing immense chaos and destruction. We don't have to agree or disagree, because facts are facts and real events are taking place. I hope you don't see that statement as condescending. It's just reality.

      It seems like it would be a stretch. Even if he physically survives that long, he has been showing signs of severe mental decline for quite a while already, and the job is the most stressful one in the world. (Even if he again spends a lot of his time watching TV.)

      Look, at least this one was a serious discussion and analysis of astrology adn history. There were many politically biased - often even hired by political parties - this time around who give prophesies via tarot cards, mediums, channelers, psychics and crystal ball gazers who wanted their guys/women to win and prophesied accordingly.

    50:16 maybe he will increase social security payments to retirees. Maybe he will make SS more socialist than FDR.

    • @EleneDOM
      @EleneDOM 6 วันที่ผ่านมา

      That would be helpful, but since SS is hurtling toward insolvency in just a few years, it seems unlikely. Musk and all the Project 2025 people have been very clear about wanting to drastically cut government spending, and the GOP historically has wanted to go after SS, Medicare and Medicaid. Trump has made promises about not cutting SS, but let's see if he can keep even a tiny portion of them.
      Remember how he keeps referring to policies that would be centrist or even right-leaning in most of the world as socialist and even "left-wing lunatic."
