So proud of you!! I’m just about to start my 3rd year nursing at Waikato uni. Very excited and nervous to see where I get placed this year. Just wondering when you get to start working after passing state? Do we have to wait until February?

Thank you so much Georgia! Big congrats on starting your final year! If you apply for jobs outside of ACE you can negotiate start dates as you normally would, so technically you could start working before Feb, I think there's some wiggle room to negotiate start dates before February if you go through ACE too but I think most of my cohort started our new jobs in Feb. I hope you get some lovely placements this year!
