As someone who danced for years, Lisa is so patient trainer. Most of dance intructors would sream at these girls or even tell them to leave by every little detail they are not doing right. I am so happy that she is so patiente with them even trough they are doing such "silly" mistakes. Love her. Because at the end, all they experienced was worth it. Their skills and stage presence improved a lot. This is how every job should be done. Not just do it with full sunshine, but with the right take of professionalism and understanding on the art of the task too. Look at Lisa's status now in China, she is among the top highest demands and among the most well loved artist in the country, even if she is a Kpop Idol. Her most dedicated and financially richest fandom is based in China. Only proves that the ones complaining were just haters because they can't take Lisa's top-tier professionalism. Stay made haters.

When you watch Lisa move it becomes obvious how strong she is. The way she's able to bend and hold some positions; it makes it clear that she's strong enough to kick my ass.

Yeah, this isn't related to dance but teachers in my elementary school didn't tell me I was counting wrong, I just swapped the 30's and 60's. They'd just look at me strange and laugh. So I think it's important to tell them.
I think during classes she have a real person translator, I noticed that when she frequently look & move her head at the left side, the trainees also sometimes look at the same side as Lisa's.

Lisa has a very blunt and cut to the chase type of style of teaching while J-Hope teaches with guilt tripping and practice. Not saying either of those techniques are bad in fact I think they are both useful and effective but it would be fascinating to see a side by side comparison.

I’m reading the comments and people are whining that Lisa is too harsh and strict? Are u fkin serious? Can u imagine she decides to turn a blind eye on the trainee’s mistakes? What will the trainees learn? Nothing. They are there to soak up as much criticism from Lisa so that they will improve and perform better in their career. When you're practicing a skill you quite literally have to point every single detail out, otherwise they go unnoticed while also adversely impacting the entire performance.
Yeah, this isn't related to dance but teachers in my elementary school didn't tell me I was counting wrong, I just swapped the 30's and 60's. They'd just look at me strange and laugh. So I think it's important to tell them.

It would be interesting to see their skills and different mentoring strategies side by side. Lisa has a very blunt and cut to the chase type of style of teaching while J-Hope teaches with guilt tripping and practice. Not saying either of those techniques are bad in fact I think they are both useful and effective but it would be fascinating to see a side by side comparison.
