Man 2004 was another what if year ,, lost an early season game to ND giving up 21 points in the 4th to lose 28-20.. We lost to an Unranked Ohio st team and still went to the Rose bowl.. being 7-1 in B1G and win over Iowa… and then they lost in a one point thriller to Vince Young and Texas..But, they did have the 3OT Spartan game which was fun.. I actually thought the 2003 team was better than 2004.. except we lost a Bizzaro game at Oregon.. a stupid loss to Iowa beat No.4 Ohio and lost to USC in the Rose Bowl
Gritty win. As a lifelong MI fan, 7-5 record with wins against MSU & OSU is a solid season for 1st year HC Moore. Future is looking very bright! Go Blue!
Ohio State planted their flag at Oklahoma when they beat the Baker Mayfield led Sooners. Pot, kettle, black. Additionally, this act really motivated Baker Mayfield to do the same to the Buckeyes the next season, when the Sooners went to Columbus, beat the Buckeyes, and planted the Oklahoma flag.
It was hilarious watching boys trying to shove avant. They thought they were messing with some nerdy Michigan fan and when they shoved him and they couldn’t budge him they instantly walked away. There was even a kid who didn’t look older than 16 up his face at the end of the video
They shouldn't make a rule against it, rather make a rule they get to do it. They get to plant the flag and take a team picture with it then send the picture to the loser team for them to look at and lament for being so pathetic. Maybe then it would motivate the home team to play better to keep that from happening.
I made a comment about how we sent Sawyer home crying & the only way he’d ever have gold pants now, is if he found them on eBay. Some butt-hurt OSU fan reported it as bullying/harassment 😂
They didn't know how reliable those hands are 😂😂😂 Go Blue!
I still remember that one handed catch for a td he had vs. Northwestern
Braylon, Avant, Breaston, Trent, Tabb, Arrington, Gonzales....one my favorite WR cores at U of M!
Manningham
John Navarre had the best WR corp in program history. 🔥🔥🔥🔥
I couldn't stand that we didn't live up to expectations with that roster.

Can't Desmond Howard , and Chris Carter
Jason Avant was already a Michigan legend on the field but this took it to the next level.

Along with landing Bryce
Jason saved the flag. Hero of the Year.
Shout out to Jason Avant for the clutch flag grab! He was a legend in the early 2000’s at MI! He knows how to make a play even after being retired!!
Two great men / players from the University of Michigan.
Maybe someone should educate Taylor Lewan on Michigan greats.
Go Blue!!!
How was this worse than Ohio destroying the m club banner in the 60’s?
I thought that was in the 70's.
Best hands we ever seen. Avant a legend here in Philly too
Go Blue!
Go Flagman!
🤡SU scores 10 points then wanna act tough 🤣🤣🤣🤣 GO BLUE BABYYYYYY!!!!!! Avant forever a legend 〽️. Ryan Day was probably looking for Lou Holtz lmao

Imagine if JJ had stayed one more year.... This team would be looking at another Natty run.
LMAO!!!!
@6:07 Fkn right! Avant caught everything.
Get this man a statue!
Davis Warren too! 😂
He’s probably the best/worst QB in Michigan history but he will forever be a LEGEND after Saturday!!!
O'Korn still has the achievement of worst 😂
Legendary 〽️
A legendary moment in a legendary game
Avant will make a great OC and receivers coach in the near future.
Go Blue!
JASON AVANT YOUR A REAL DEAL MICHIGAN MAN AND THANKYOU GO BLUE 👍.

Beast mode. He took on three or four Buck nuts. 😂
Avant should be the flag bearer for the home opener next season
2:24 facts, never seen more children in football than now🤦🏽♂️

Man Jason A. ❤️
You spelled Jason’s name wrong
Sawyer from ohio 💩 was the first one to grab the michigan flag
I made a comment about how we sent Sawyer home crying & the only way he’d ever have gold pants now, is if he found them on eBay.
Some butt-hurt OSU fan reported it as bullying/harassment 😂
Why is his name spelled wrong?
Can we use any of our NIL money to make a Jason Avant statue outside of the stadium?
Shit I watched him play both, but he got my follow after that.
Jason…I want to buy you a beer buddy
Muck Fohio State!
Go Blue!!!
