I don't mind checking Ancestry to see what we can add to the story of any of the stones you clean. It makes it more human not just a stone but someone's loved one. We are all working together to help you and Ronin out with your channel. As you always end your videos with..."Be Excellent to Eachother".

What a kind unselfish act you perform so that this little child is not forgotten. When you lifted her stone I could not believe how far down it had sunk. Another 100 years would have probably passed and nobody would have stopped by to fix her grave. I have the greatest respect for the time you spend on remembering the many people that have passed on by making them seen again.

What happened, is that due to the decomposition of grass and leaves over the years caused the soil to overcome the stone. Who knows how many other stones are there totally covered by the dirt. It is happening over in one of the cemeteries in Minneapolis, MN. As in the infant/child section of the Crystal Lake Cemetery. Including the stone that is over the grave of a brother of mine.

It can be much harder to visit one's child's grave than people might imagine. Sometimes denial and compartmentalizing is the only thing that gets us through some of these hard times. People do what they have to do just to survive.

Bless her, born five months after I was. Her parents will be in their eighties or nineties by now if they are still alive.
I read on a babies grave here in England " An angel opened the book of life, and wrote down my baby's birth. Then whispered as she closed the book, "Too beautiful for earth"
It was on a headstone from the 1930's and has always given me great comfort for the babies I carried but never got to hold.
May this precious baby one day be reunited with her parents. Thank you for doing what you are doing x

That is beautiful. I am still blown away that our little videos are being watched by others across the world. We cleaned a veteran headstone today and while out there we came across another vet and he was from England...so I think that will be next on our list. He was the only US soldier I have seen that wasn't from the US so far.
