It is very very difficult to open the cap. It is not user friendly. I hope Guardian reads this feedback and make improvement on the product.

Much tooo difficult to replace batteries!! Bottom doesn’t open easily??

For the people who still dont know how to open it the side has a button so u need to click one it frist then pull the cap

I bought this is Jan 2023 . Discovered tat its didnt improve my teeth condition. When device is turn on, looks like the brush is spinning . However realised that after 9 months , device on , new battery , new bristles, when the brush is press to the teeth, it actually stops spinning , only vibrates and make noisy . Test the electric tooth brush on your skin ! I still have the receipt and will try to return back to Guardian for store credit !
