This song is the soundtrack to the synapses snd neurons firing in my brain when I listen to IA play. Love the percussion in this too. I'm so on right now. But not as on as IA was recoding this. Right on!
My personal Mountain to Climb...Congratulations IA, I strongly believe that this tune it is a true Masterpiece absolutly unique in his own musical path...what a deep trip in time and space.
I’ve finally realized that Mattias is the guitar player that I’ve been looking for. This is exactly how I look at guitar and would like to move forward with it.
I can only imagine how the camp experience levels up players. Just listening and watching since Jan 2020 and I've went past my own limits and see no end in sight. Thank you Mr. Eklundh !!!
@pitfa17 It's like electric flamenco but still diff and hard to english but the vibrational zone is unique to each lick or riff . Pluss I've cheated the rat race of understanding with oobe x 40 and yeah it's the bar setters I infuence myself with and less fillers.
Fantastisk låt skrivare.. Fantastiskt att få höra.. Freak kitchen under så lång tid... Favoriter sen jag hörde för första gången.. Keep on rocking... RR Stockholm
P. S. What I really appreciate is, how different this is from Freak Kitchen (which I love). This goes to different places and feels more like a musical exploration - almost spiritual.
13:40. Separates IA from the pack. Indian classical part played with authentic spirit. Epic exploration. Want a T-shirt but the site is down. 👾. Anyone know if IA’s team ships USA?
I would love to see you collaborate with Morgan Agren! I feel like your musical styles would complement one another very well. I'm really enjoying this video, thank you Mattias (:
I tried it today.. It's still remarkably clear memories on how to play it. I got until 6 minutes and the tapping part at escapes me. Need to refresh from there. not bad for being like 5 years. Time to go through the tabs again. =)
listen, i do the same thing u do, but i have released nothing, sitting on so much material, i was gna start doing videos just like u do it, and i swear to god, all my guitars got jacked, i ordered some chinese jem kits and have been covered in dyes for 8months, and finally got 3playable guitars, is it ok if i hashtag u in any future videos if the content is acceptably similar to yours? i found the first freak guitar album when i was 19, and it has been huge inspiration. sadly, it will take forever to bounce back from losing all my japaneze ibanez rg520q's :( but with what im working towards, hopefully soon it will be ONNNNNNN!!! ur the best ♥
Killing it as Usual Mattias. I David, Met you in Cardiff With Gab, Great insight to my own Art. I'd put you in the top 3% At what you do. At the very least may I add.
Hey, Mattias, is it you on the drums ? By the way, It's a really inspiring work, in every way, filming and production, really enjoyable to watch, as well as listening :) Hope to see you again In Nantes ! Ps: So lovely dogs ! ^^
Dude, You need to compose for a video game. Reminds me of splatoon/sonic adventure for some reason. Also reminds me of the stuff Ron Jarzombek and Allan holdsworth.
I will be saddened when Mattias' home planet comes for him and takes him away.
:D hahaha (y)
I agree... He is certainly not from here...
@@naminnooman There's a bunch of Aliens up there in Sweden...
Ha hahaha
Don't worry, he was too much for them, so he'll probably remain here 😉
This is one of the most incredible things you've done yet.
this guy needs more recognition and fame immediately asap 😠😠😠😠😠😠
mattias is well recognized and VERY deeply respected by guitar players serious about their craft.
Coming back here a few years later, wishing I could like it again!
I really think that musicians like these should have more recognition, this is incredible!
His timing and compositions remind me more and more of Frank Zappa everyday. What a free spirit and genius too!!!
This dude is wild!
This is fook'n brilliant, Mattias.
First Meshuggah. Now Mattias. Sweden's school system must be doing something right in the maths department :)
"Did."
They don't do it anymore.
The creativity and musical freedom in this song is amazing.

There are too many bits to love in this. The guitar mags of 2070 will have this piece tabbed and it will be wrong.
13:13 brought me close to tears at the camp itself, as did the following tapping part.
Super! Hello from Russia! I've been listening to you since 2008! )
Bardzo dobre to było, bardzo dobre
Thank you for all the effort you put into writing makes my brain so happy.
Ah, fuck me, these are some good memories right here!

À partir de 22:30, ça devient magique... Je ne comprends pas ce qui se passe d'un point de vue rythmique mais ça groove !
Collaborate with Devin Townsend please! I could only imagine the genius that would come out of that!
if that ever happened half of the song would be stand up comedy :P
Killing it as Usual Mattias. I David, Met you in Cardiff With Gab, Great insight to my own Art. I'd put you in the top 3% At what you do. At the very least may I add.
Creative and inspiring as always!

Hur spelar du in? Är det gitarr och klick från början och sen lägger du på allt det andra allteftersom?
Amazing trummat :-)
Det är ett enda lapptäcke, hit och dit, huller om buller i takt med låten utvecklar sig.
FUCK YES!
Nice bro
I really want to know how long it took for you to get used to offset frets please?
15 minutes. Not kidding. It's the best. 👍

I think you are.....ON?...!!!🤘😁
his music reminds me of bar codes sometimes. Or maybe Morse...
im already learning the song
new tapping technique
アペタイザーから聴いてるけどマティアスは進化し続けてるなあ。すげえ。
しかしスウェーデン人はこんなん好きやなあw
Konnakol is the way how everyone should learn rythms in trhe world.
