- And yet another trip to England, we load up at the flower auction in Honselersdijk for two addresses UK. Sandy (Bedfordshire) and the final destination is Birmingham. The crossing is by Eurotunnel Calais Folkestone. After unloading and the obligatory rest at a service in Northampton, we drive back to Folkestone via Cambridge and London to avoid long traffic jams.

Every time I watch your video and every time I ' ll thank you for it , I like them and , as I said before ( I think...) that remain me the time I was in UK , Scotland , Walesa and Ireland every week all year long ( from 1985 till 2001) , à time it was good destinations to go !

Yes , I been owner driver since 1987 and I did multi- drops deliveries with " Brittany products " , i e mainly vegetables for wholesale markets but also fresh meat .Most of the time back in Boulogne or Brittany with fish ...not always very easy to respect all the ( f***) rules but it was a good period for business !
In 2001 I feel fed up with the new tacho rules, the ferries ( 6 trips / month ) and the ....UK queues ! ( even when leaving Scotland on saturday night you could have motorways queues due to diversion ..saturday night !)
