Sindel this time around has a very real air of nobility. It's a refreshing breath of fresh air from what was done to her in MK11.
Yet she’s wearing a latex jumpsuit on the throne. Her MK11 story mode default skin would’ve been way better here.

The redone classic costume looked AMAZING and the costume from her tower ending was my favorite.
It’s also cool that Sindel’s voice actress Mara Junot, is also Storm’s current voice actress in Marvel games.
Both regal and dignified character personalities.

@@M4V3R1CK_13 Actually, yes. Her voice acting brings the character to life. And anyone who can make Storm of all characters believable deserves their credit.
What does a VA’s talent have to do with Disney’s agendas? I honestly think those details are above their pay grade. They’re just doing their job.
Honestly the voice acting is absolutely top notch everyone except megan did an incredible job
megan fox was just reading the script and nothing more (AI edits of Nitara's does a better acting than her)... the VAs were acting accordingly

I like how much nicer she is in MK1 when compared to previous iterations. You still get the empress vibe from her but not the extreme ruthlessness. Her design looks a lot better too, imo.

Her moveset and looks were better of the last game, however her personality is much better in this game. Why tf did they kill her? It's entirely possible for Sindel to be good *and* alive.
@@ezshadow3129 Who knows? From the past versions, Sindel is already dead and then she gets revived later on. So the same thing might happen with Mk1 Sindel.

There is no excuse or justification for Sindel to be evil from the get-go in the first place, her retcon made zero fucking sense which rightfully pissed everyone off. MK11 had the opportunity for her to turn face once more after being under Shao Kahn's spell for that long, especially being Quan Chi's puppet.

I love how Sindel is a good but flawed empress unlike how many media try to put the good characters as "GOOD and FLAWLESS", the way she treat Tarkatans is understandable, even if its flawed.

I like how this covers every timeline of Sindel we know (or at least the 3 main ones) so far the first original where Shao Kahn forced her to marriage before she killed herself to save Earthrealm. The the evil horrible horny one obsessed with power we got in the second timeline and now this one whos noble and honorable again. I like the first and current timeline versions. The evil one who killed Jerrod was horrible.
of all the things I was confused about mk11 sindel... its how she wants to bed a lot of the men in the franchise is what really perplexes me... there's evil and a great villain... then there's mk11 sindel

I love that this version of the original milf of gaming is more like the Midway version even though I didn't mind the MK11 version of her since MK now has a multiverse it gives the opportunity to see countless versions of each character.

Sindel is such a weird situation in MK1. While all of the interactions normally happen after the main story, in her case they have to account for her being alive instead of killed. It leads to a lot of confusion where she's alive in one conversation and then dead in another.

Nitara’s in game battle grunts (attacking, blocking, jumping, etc) were actually all done by Cristina Vee (Shantae in the Shantae Games, Noel Vermillion in BlazBlue, Bennett and Xingqiu in Genshin Impact, Tulin in Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom, and a whole bunch of anime and game roles) and not Megan. I don’t understand why they actually didn’t use Cristina instead, since she has way more experience.
