Their strength and design showcased advanced techniques for that era. However, what’s even more amazing is how faith and obedience to God brought down such seemingly invincible walls. It’s a reminder that no matter how strong something appears, with God, all things are possible!"

Indeed, the construction of such monumental walls and the organization of vast armies are a testament to human ingenuity, yet they pale in comparison to the omnipotence of our Creator. The story of the walls of Jericho reminds us that no matter how insurmountable human obstacles may seem, the power and will of God can bring down even the mightiest barriers. Truly, His works are beyond our understanding, and all glory belongs to Him alone. Amen!"

"Great question! Jericho was an ancient city in Canaan, often referred to as one of the oldest cities in the world. The walls of Jericho were likely built by the Canaanites, a group of people known for their advanced construction skills. Archaeologists suggest the walls were made of mud bricks on stone foundations, designed to protect the city from invaders.
The people of Jericho were descendants of Canaan, who was the grandson of Noah (Genesis 10:6-19). They were known for their idolatry and worship of false gods, which eventually led to God's judgment upon them. When the Israelites, led by Joshua, obeyed God's instructions and marched around the city for seven days, the seemingly impenetrable walls fell by divine intervention (Joshua 6).
Jericho's history reminds us of God’s power and the importance of obedience and faith. Let me know if you'd like a deeper dive into their history.

please stop trying to make God's word politically correct, woke, etc.......not every character has to be black.....or hispanic etc.........i'm more than certain that rahab was not a black woman.......

Thank you for your thoughtful comment. Our goal on this channel is to bring the stories of the Bible to life in a way that is relatable and meaningful for everyone, regardless of their background. The Bible itself doesn't explicitly describe the physical appearance or ethnicity of most characters, including Rahab. She lived in Jericho, which was part of the ancient Near East, a region historically diverse with people of various appearances and cultures.
Rather than focusing on race or ethnicity, the Bible emphasizes faith, character, and the redemptive power of God. Rahab is celebrated in Scripture not for how she looked, but for her faith and courage (Hebrews 11:31). She trusted in the God of Israel and played a vital role in His plan, reminding us that God's grace is available to all people.
Our portrayal of Biblical characters aims to reflect the universal truth that the gospel is for everyone. Galatians 3:28 says, "There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus." We hope this approach helps our viewers see themselves in these timeless stories and grow closer to God.
Thank you again for sharing your thoughts, and may God's Word continue to bless and guide you! 🙏

Thank you for your thoughtful comment! We understand the importance of representing the diversity and richness of the cultures and people in the Bible. While many of these stories took place in the ancient Near East-a region with a variety of ethnicities and appearances-the Bible focuses on the characters' faith, actions, and relationship with God rather than their physical features.
Our goal on this channel is to bring these timeless stories to life in a way that resonates with everyone, regardless of background. As Galatians 3:28 reminds us, 'There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.'
We deeply appreciate your feedback and are committed to ensuring our content reflects the inclusivity and universality of God’s Word. Thank you for engaging with us and helping us grow-we value your voice!"
