Manjula. It is so amazing you can make so many almost countless recipes using different spices and different ingredients. All Japanese are in love of Indian curry, of course our curry is so different, but yet we still appreciate the real things. I would like to master all of your recipes one of these days. My American hubby and son(25 yrs old)are both in love with Indian cuisine along with all the exotic Asian recipes I had tried in the past. Thank you. You are super.
manjula, thanks so much for this awesome recipe! i made it vegan and it was STILL delicious, am so grateful for your recipes, they help me not eat so much animal products because even when i omit them, the food still is delicious
I just made this and WOW! It's a keeper! Next time I will know to just go ahead and shred the cabbage in the food processor. I tried to do it by hand first, and it just wasn't fine enough to release it's water like it should have. I also decided to use canned tomato puree and while it was ok, I think it would have been better to use the fresh tomatoes. Next time I know. Even at that, it's still very good. Thank you Aunti Manjula!!!!!!
Thank you sooooooo Much Aunty!!! I didn't know anything about cooking and after making this recipe, I feel like a profound chef! I just finished making it and it turned out great!! Just like what I used to be able to get in restaurants in India! Now waiting for my husband to come home and try it. I know he'll love it!!!
I made this this afternoon it turned out absolutely delicious. Thank you so much for this wonderful recipe.

I am so happy I found you on youtube!!! Thank you for taking the time to upload these videos. I am crazy about Indian food, but did not know where to start learning to cook. Your videos make the task much less daunting than just reading a recipe from a book. THANK YOU!! Namaste.
This is absolutely delicious! The tanginess of the sauce is so fresh and matches the koftas perfectly! I can't wait to prepare this dish for my family and friends :) Thank you Manjula for yet another fantastic recipe! Lots of love from Germany 🌞
Fantastic recipe. We made it with Brussel Sprouts and added some cashews to the kofta mix and a little to the curry sauce... Marvelous!

gram flour/besan=chickpea or garbanzo flour for those who are unfamiliar. You can find it in health food stores or online. It's used in a lot of Indian recipes.
