Shallow fry the kebabs on a tawa, roast onions, tomato, ginger, cumin, cinnamon for 5 mins, then steam in cooker for 10 mins, whisk smooth in a mixer, then roast in oil+ghee tadka, add spices, curd. Add the kebabs, done! Delicious and healthy too. Try once

Put the onion in the fridge for an hour or so. You wont get tears while chopping. Hello and thank you for all awesome recipes.
