You tell the dr you want to stay on the 10mg. I stay at 10 and won't go higher. If your anxiety gets too bad go back to the 10. You are having withdrawals
I can really relate to what you say around mental health Danielle. I am a lady who is nearly blind and struggle to get out for exercise but seeing you on treadmill makes me 5:43 want to buy one. I think exercise as well as medication would do me well and not just the medication. 4:52
And my doctor said if I ever had headaches like that again to be sure to go to ER... I'll pray for you Danielle 🙏🙏🙏. I think you and your family are beautiful and are an asset to the human race!❤❤❤❤

For your information this headache could be very very serious I had a headache like that last year and had it checked out at it ended up being a series of strokes... I was diagnosed with TIA'S

I can't do the tobacco, the dirty sink, the missed toilet, the clipped nails...whew too much. You nailed the alcohol abuse and dependency criteria. You're no alcoholic, and it's good you're aware of the genetics. Stay safe and happy. Stay in that estrogen. 😅
