We were told that the heating was working well. I like to know where? Because we were getting nothing at all. The only heat that we were getting was from underneath which obviously isn't ideal because it was still cold in our room. Like I said we did get heaters from a maintenance guy on the Wednesday but the room was getting too hot so we had to switch them off. When we went to switch them off they had set off the smoke alarms and this was not ideal because I have a son who has autism and he was getting freaked out so we had to stop using them and hand them back to reception. But what gets me? We were told that the radiators were working but they were not A member of staff came into the room and tried to help me get him to work. She noticed it herself that they were not working. This was on Monday night. I asked her. She said that she knew what she was doing but when she left the room I checked and the heating was definitely not working so I went back downstairs on the Tuesday morning to report it again and that's when the guy came up on the Wednesday afternoon and said to my husband that the radiators were not working and that he would have to remove the paneling to get to the actual radiator so he could fix it. It would mean three new radiators for the room but he said he could not do the job as we were in the room. So it's true what my husband said that the next poor person to get that room will probably have the same problem as we did working.
To be honest its not good having heating but maybe you got a cold frm getting wet

All these negative comments why didn't you just leave or ask for another room
