OMG! That back zipper is GENIUS! I have the Ikea Ektorp in the 3 seater sofa and always have to put the body cover on while damp so I don't tear it. I am going to add that zipper to all my covers. Thank you SOOOO much for sharing this!
An easy way to put cushions in their cover is this 1. Put your pillow in a large plastic trash bag. 2. Gather the top of your trash bag and insert the hose of your vacuum cleaner 3. Suck all the air out of the trash bag (the foam will shrink to a very small flat object) 4. While still holding the top of the trash bag, fit the foam inside the cushion cover. Make spur the corners are lined up properly before you let go of the top of the trash bag 5. Let the top of the trash bag go, and let the air back into the foam. 6. Do this as many times as you need until the cover is complete 7. When you are certain you need no more changes, reach into the cushion, reaching all the way to the front of the cushion foam and tear a hole in the trash bag opposite to the zipper side and remove the bag. It costs you one trash bag for every cushion cover you make but it takes all the pain out of putting the cushions in over and over again. It’s a win win! This method can be used for putting winter things into storage or sleeping bags when camping is over or even to put away a bunch of stuffed toys whe a child seems to have outgrown them. It also gets a lot of dust out of things. 😊
@@MellysewsI do that once a month on all my bed pillows, couch cushions and pillows and throws . I take then out on the deck so once the dust is sucked out the air is replaced by fresh outside air.

Perfect timing, I needed to replace my and was so afraid to do it.
