Great cook up Buck! It bought back some good memories of my childhood. 🙂 Kiwis call them Cherrios or Little Boys as well. Dad would cook this for us with just the Beans and Cherrios in a Camp Oven over a fire dished up with buttered slices of Damper when we were out Hunting or Fishing. We called it Baked Beans n Sausages. I will have to get the Grandkids to cook this on our next camping adventure. 😋🙂👍
Could taste that when you sat down to eat it Buck😊, question for you, or any other owners of a travel oven, ever thought to wack a ceramic tile in the bottom to see if you get a greater heat mass to help with cooking time.
Wow what a simple dish 😮 the wife reckons great so she is going to get the ingredients & cook it up for our next trip. Thanks.
Great clip Buck, looks delicious I’ll definitely be giving this one a go.
Try it with a jar of that Sweet and Sour sauce mate. Kan Tong brand or Coles and Woolies have their own brand.
Great cookup Buck the Rodgers Ragu looks delicious 👍
Thanks Buck great cook up 👍
Kick arse beans
looks like your feeding the signals regiment buck 🤣 well done good cook up ...
Just had left overs mate and will be for the rest of the week🤣

Yeah a slice of buttered damper would go great.
Looks good buck, always called them little boys
I’d call that Windy Stew 🤣
Blazing Saddles comes to mind…
That movie was bloody funny.
Rafa says cmon dad give us a taste test.😅😅😅😅
This will be given a go in our house! I'm remember going shopping with Mum and the deli man or butcher always gave us a Cheerio to munch on 😊.
Yeah the butchers always did that when I was a kid.
Great recipe looks great mate, I wonder how it would go in a Camp oven with the oven bag.
It would be spot on mate. Camp oven would be the best way to do it.
Your idea with a sweet and sour sauce would be a game changer.

That might be worth a try. Cheers for the idea.
My God Buck you'll be eating rice for the next 2 weeks lol 😂
Yeah I got a bit carried away I think!!!!🤣
Baked beans definitely does not go with rice, ditch the beans, lots of potatoes instead
Those 12 volt ovens work 10 times better if you use a 12 to 15 volt step-up converter!
Yeah it went OK. If I put it on 200C from the start it would have been fine.
LBD Delight
Hey buck can you do that magic trick on live
I'll have a crack mate
Down in God's country, New South Wales we call them "Little Bucks"
Pineapple & Bake beans very strange ingredients for stew, better to add potatoes & carrots & peas & corn
Maybe it isn't a stew. I don't know what it is mate.
might be better if you mix it up in a bowl then put it in the bag.
Yeah good thinking mate.
The idea is minimal washing up but I guess.
Buckncheerios
See you later Buck, off to work..🐕❤️🇦🇺🦘
