It's really important that the realities of farming are not glossed over. The shame blame culture wherever it appears is just toxic. These things happen anyone in farming knows it. It's not all bloody roses so well done for posting the realities of scab.
The good, the bad and the ugly. Every farm will have troubles or problems at some point, that’s just real life. Appreciate your honesty. Good to see you back on TH-cam 👍🏻
Thanks so much for your honesty and for showing us all the realities of farming and the enormous work which goes into producing our daily food.. I think it's great that you don't filter the realities, thank you for keeping things real Best of luck with the dipping!
Another reality video of a working farm! Love this! Keep up with the hard work and the videos I love them! Ahhhyeah is prob my favourite saying you do….please add it in the vids it cracks me up and now I’ve started saying it 😂😂
Not-a-farmer here - I think it’s great that you show everything as it is! Farming, like life, isn’t perfect. Definitely shouldn’t be any shame in sheep getting scab - it’s not anyone’s fault, it just happens. Hope you film the dipping when it warms up!
I love your page and your videos, so educational to us ‘non farmers’ and it’s so refreshing to see and hear about your life, warts and all. Thank you for educating us (and making us smile!).
I am not related to anything farming and love videos that show the good the bad and the ugly as it educates people like me who know nothing about farming and appreciate everything that farmers do to keep us fed and look after the animals and countryside. Thank you for sharing
Glad you decided to post -- great vid! Despite the aggravating reason for it, I really enjoyed watching Queenie bring the lambs. I'd be (even more) useless without my dog.
Well done 👏🏻 for posting this to raise awareness of this problem. It happens, simple as, 1 of the drawbacks of farming. Could do with more honest people like yourself on these apps 👏🏻💗👏🏻
Nice one. Very educational. And helpful! sheep scab is no longer a notifiable disease in England and wales, it still is in Scotland. In England and wales it’s covered in the sheep scab order, which if infected animals are not treated you can get into bother with your local authority. Hence the stigma. Best practice is to quarantine and treat as fast as practicably possible, which is what you are showing. Trouble with scab is the sheep will have the mites weeks before they show any clinical signs, as it takes that long for the mites to cause the damage.
saw this vid you need to stop the dog say Laydown and say walk on when she behide the sheep, comebye to go to her left Away to go her right .the master needs more training also... both lots of Practice daily or every 2 days in time you get the hang of it.. love the video..looking forward to the dipping Video
I love your honesty and showing the bad - it happens - hope dip clears the scab
Great video 👍🇮🇪

Nothing wrong with being honest.
Your poor dog. We've all worked with someone who doubles the job. If only the dog had a driving license you'd be set
