I am grateful for this talk 🙏🏼. It took me from being knotted up inside to a state of simplicity and flow. What we call "sahaj" in India in Hindi, a state of going with what comes. You have no choice but to flow, but the antics of the mind make it seem like life is everything but flow and that every moment must be categorised and decided upon. It makes ordinary living almost violent. Thank you very much Eric for these little sessions of Advaita Vendanta.
