Of his Guru Maharaj said the bargain is struck only once. Ramesh Balsekar (mentioned by Eric here) was the master for me."I am tha"t wasn't much help to Ramesh. Ramesh Balsekar was a radical really he talked about peace of mind in daily living. I like listening to Eric his directness reminds of Ramesh. He never seems to expect anything if that makes any sense. No expectation from the moment or how his words land.

I found my own technique, which is to silently say “So?” with each exhale. Every thought and moment is met with “So?” Which is able to keep me there longer than any other technique I’ve found. Once able to taste it, the flavor is never far away. It really isn’t so arcane or unreachable, but the more you get there, you feel like Atlas putting down the earth.

Key takeaways from this video: 1. **Acceptance as a Foundation**: Acknowledging a painful reality is the first step toward effectively addressing it. 2. **Active Acceptance**: Acceptance involves appropriate, situation-based responses rather than passive resignation. 3. **Selfless Giving**: In relationships, giving freely without expectations leads to more fulfilling interactions. 4. **Unconditional Love and Respect**: Focusing on maintaining love and respect unconditionally, regardless of others' actions, helps avoid pain and conflict.

I find this to be true, with many objects that I own. I don’t know why I buy, acquire or wish to keep them close. It just is. Sometimes you just walk into your favourite shop, for especially of antiquities, and something draws you. I find that in this sense, in what Eric describes, is the same for a room, a space that has been occupied by someone with a lot of love, for a long time. When that person dies, that love, that is not unique but singular to the person, remains in the room. This sensations will remain in fact for a very long time, especially if the room remains undisturbed. Many parents have experienced this in their child’s bedrooms once they have left to university or passed away. The same therefore occurs when we die, this energy, power or source moves on, and can be absorbed by another being or object. This object of being then takes on movements or characteristics that others then identify as the deceased. This is what I have come to understand as reincarnation. Love to all.

Well I call bullshit! That philosophy is meant to make it easier for those who would steal our lives, our country, our earth and our birthright.
