Mercenary Mode Grinding: "GIT GUUD SCRUB" [Falling Short of New Record]

After a long night of notetaking, I decided to do some Mercenary Mode, and of course, the first run, I expected it to be warming up, resulting in 477k (I may upload, I dunno yet). Needless to say, I'm starting to pick up more on tactics to help earn time and how to conservatively use the Wesker Dash. I'm also starting to get much more confident with the Wesker kick, including directional dashes.
The title itself is inspired by an amazing video from "Viva La Dirt League" where the antagonist of the video tells the protagonist "GIT GUUD SCRUB" and that's precisely what happened here: I was 1.4k away from a NEW RECORD. Turns out, looking at the footage, I dropped a minute in the last portion of the run. Had I been a touch faster, new record. Also, around combo 117, I had a major scare: THE GAME FROZE. I just stared thinking "NO, YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING." And after just standing there thinking "Fuck this" the game started working again, allowing me to complete the run. Needless to say...I'm very excited that I did this for a third time now! My goal: let's just keep climbing higher!
