Here he's fighting indirectly by organizing an army to fight for him. He is a knight of unity, an expert at leading armies.

Fitting, since he is preforming some of Jesus’ miracles (Rising from the dead, resurrecting the dead, calling forth a heavenly host of “angels”, calling forth his “desciples”) to defeat Jack, who could be seen as a demon.
youtube somehow someway recommended me this [S] on a whim and i watched it cause why not and I was like "damn this slaps actually" so i binged the comic yesterday and oh my GOD oh my god??? this has to be my favorite fan adventure of all time. as someone who's met a lot of long-time friends through homestuck fan content (and my now-husband, wow) the narrative progression of this comic hits me right in the goddamn nads dude. the way it starts off as this goofy satirical comic highlighting the sweaty awkwardness of early homestuck fandom, and then transitions into this love letter to that feeling of Wish Fulfillment that only homestuck fan content can scratch the itch of. I capital-L LOVE sburb stuff and alchemizing and all that stuff and seeing stacy and jack interact with all of that stuff and grow close to dave and karkat so wholesomely just reminds me so much of what it was like a few years back when i first dived into the homestuck fan scene. Then, the way the comic starts to lean into the meta-narrative and deep philosophical conversations about the nature of the final reward and what it means to exist reminds me so much of the late-night talks I've had with friends about this stuff. just god this comic is amazing! im real glad i found it, thanks so much to the team for putting in the time and effort to make it

I find it fitting that karkat tanked the shot with blood, since johns main combat style seems to be dodging with his freedom! Opposite aspects!

@@jim-wr3lp what are you talking about. reading homestuck is totally worth it. its an immersive and genre/era defining epic. despite what (relativity minor) problems the ending has, and the fanbase not being active as it used to (KGTAC shows that it is still alive enough to celibrate with fans!) homestuck is definitely worth it.
