It was reduced for me as I known owner from long time.However longer you stay more discount you get. Same is suggested in video , you selected the city of your choice than hunt property for long stay, you will get cheaper and better. please don’t bargain on my behalf. Also help local economy as they also suffered lose in tourism since 2 yr.

Hi This is far away from Market. Usually near to Market would be noisy place. For finding the property you can search on Facebook groups mention in description. It’s always suggest to visit property 1st and than book for long stay
