Price of my property is 2500/day for down floor only . the detail of owner has been removed as many harass him with bargainings. He no more wants his number to be given .
It was reduced for me as I known owner from long time.However longer you stay more discount you get.
Same is suggested in video , you selected the city of your choice than hunt property for long stay, you will get cheaper and better.
please don’t bargain on my behalf.
Also help local economy as they also suffered lose in tourism since 2 yr.

Depend on property size , location , the access the price of properties changes, for one year with good cost , 1bhk independent cottage should cost you around 120000-180000 .

900 par day means 27 000 thousand in a month which is to much
Looking at property type, amenities and location For a family , including food ( groceries cost ) it’s quite a deal. It could have been more cheaper if one take for long term say 1 year but If you can find cheaper than this I wish you good luck.
