Why are there coaches and players editions to you book? Wouldn’t the player want just as much of a breakdown? I’m a 48 year old pitcher in the MSBL in Seattle. But I’m highly analytical, maybe too much so. I’m always interested in improving my game. You’re the best channel online that I’ve found that I like and understand.
Can you do a breakdown of high vs lower hand breaking. Im hearing you should break hands a little lower than chest. And also break hands at a little higher than hip level. My son tends to early rotate.

Because of just that.. lot's of players need a simplistic understanding of what they're trying to do.. anything more will probably hinder performance.
