Are you not able to hinge your hips? Think about sitting into your glute and feeling the weight on your hamstrings and glutes while you ride the back leg down the mound. This puts your hips in the optimal position to rotate over the front leg. As your riding the back leg your trunk counter rotates and your arm should just be along for the ride. Your arm look tense like your muscling the ball. Loading into the quad is problem. And you shouldn’t pull you glove side you should keep your shoulders closed by using your shoulders like degrom does well.
