Janome Stitch Club UK - Quilting with the Even Feed Foot

This month, I am taking a look at the Even Feed or Walking Foot and how to attach it and use for quilting on projects. How to use the quilting bar to get perfectly spaced lines and how to get some interesting effects just using a simple straight stitch.

Yes you are. The action of the teeth on the top is not conducive to the decorative stitches that tend to go forwards and back so it can damage the foot. X

Am I right in thinking that a walking foot should only be used for straight stitching and zig zag xxx
