See basically this police officer played fantastically well by the situations, circumstances, and steps to be taken for a better cause. He adapted to the situations in different ways. The eyes which look at him define his/her POV in his/her own way/perception but absolutely cannot generalize what kind of a public servant he is. Extremely intelligent guy. People like these are hard to find. e.g. CM KCR is also the same kind. Maddipati should be posted in PTCs as a special training officer: Crime-solving techniques.
