Hi Mel, “don’t” ram-pack a fridge. The cold air needs to circulate to work correctly, but over filling it stops that from working properly. Cheers M

Fridge could be noisy as it's struggling to regulate the temperature as it's so full. Air needs to circulate in there to help keep it cold.

I've noticed in the background of a couple of your outdoor shots from the barn one of the vans looks like it has a tilting and rotating solar array on their van. I, and I'm sure others, would be very interested in how they did that and if your going to replicate it on your current build 'cos angling the panels at the sun makes a huge difference to their output. Good pick up on the windows Mel, but speaking of windows, well the internal insect/privacy screens when you do the final install put the insect screen on the top. That way if you have the window open it allows you to have privacy inside as well as ventilation. Great to see the project coming on in leaps and bounds

Bread is normally baked at 200°C or higher. I'll stick with my own traditional recipe using yeast, thankyou.

Hey bud, this doesn't appear to be a familiar wrapping so if it's just the packaging, try polycro or a frosting wrap :) I say try: look into it, as this video warns caution :) polycro is designed for glass windows and applied with sprayed water and heat to remove said water when done. In this case, probably indirect heat like the camper internal heating gently to evaporate it unforcibly. Designed for trapping air as a makeshift double glazing effect and doubles to protect the glass from scratches :)I have doubts whether that material could stick to the window in a destructive way just trapping heat if anything; it's used by us in the camping community for tarps groundsheets and other stuff so it's tested not to be affected by indirect light and weighs an extreme minimum and super cheap
