This video is fantastic! Just bought one and the 700+ page manual is daunting, will take a hot minute to read it all

I just bought a 2024 Pilot Touring, I just bought it this past Friday, have it 5 days now. I love it so far but have some opinions. I feel at Touring Trim level should have the heated steering wheel and power folding mirrors standard. I wish when remote starting it would also keep parking lights on as a visual the car is running when it’s remote started not just the blinks. I wish the Infotainment center was bigger and more modern looking. The screen sticking solo out the dash seems getting dated in my opinion. The rear view camera resolution could be better, I had a 2019 Ram 1500 and it had one of the clearest cameras I’ve seen so far. I also have a 2016 Accord and the camera resolution seems the same or just slightly better than from my 2016 Accord. I also feel the dash and infotainment screen brightness should auto dim when the headlights are turned on. I’d like to add a tow hitch since my touring didn’t have one, but going the OEM route is way too expensive, like almost $1k. Because on the rear bumper instead of a smaller access plate to remove you need to replace a bigger section of the bumper which adds a big cost to consumers. I’d rather go the OEM hitch option but costs too much and the aftermarket hitches locate below the bumper costs 1/5 the price of OEM, but doesn’t look as good. The 10 speed transmission does go through a lot of gears, seems like it goes nearly half of the 10 gears before I even reach 25mph. But there’s a lot of love for the Honda that I chose above competitors mainly reliability, exterior styling, and safety features. As for interiors I like the Palisade cause it looks more modern and luxury, but I like the Exterior of the Pilot a lot more, plus hear stories of Kia’s and Hyundai’s having problems of being easily stolen, I hope Honda doesn’t have that problem so I use a Steering wheel lock as well as putting my keys in a faraday box at night to keep someone from possibly grabbing key fob frequencies. It’s a great car/suv, rides smooth when cruising and can’t wait to take it on a long driving trip as I really wanted the LKAS and Adaptive Cruise. I’ve had it less than a week so far and all the positives outweigh the few negatives which leaves some room for improvement in the next iteration of the future Pilot model. One more thing, come out with a Hybrid and a PHEV option. I’m not ready to go full EV, but I do want better gas mileage with a Hybrid and or a Plug In Hybrid with option to run an EV mode as I’ve also gone solar on my house and would love the option to drive in EV modes for just around town as an option.

Yes you can. Which feature(s) are you trying to disable?

@@CrazyHondaChris-H18 I purchased the 2024 Touring Pilot and I hate when the steering wheel shakes. I put it on “warning” but I still don’t like that. How do I disable?

No built in nav with the Trailsport. Another big miss. What’s wrong with Honda.
