Wildlife Camera Highlights July 2024 Highlights

Welcome to the fun wildlife activity spotted on the Eshom Tree Farm wildlife camera in July 2024! As part of our forest practice activities we actively monitor the wildlife on the tree farm so we can understand what wildlife is present and can monitor their routines. This video contains the highlights of what we saw in July 2024.
This month we saw the usual potpourri Northwest animals on the camera. This area sees quite a bit of human foot traffic so it is surprising so many animals also frequent this area. I guess it goes to show that while humans do influence wildlife as long as an area remains fairly native the animals will work around the humans. Some times humans and wildlife are just minutes apart from one another!
How about the deer that likes to sniff the camera? This doe visits every couple of weeks and gives us a close up look!
