Every party i dj, whether its a cookout, birthday or a wedding I eat before the event. I also bring 2 liters of Evian water with me to the event. Don't depend on the venue to feed you or you will definitely get out of shape. Late night meals and alcohol equal massive weight gain. Trust me! Also, no matter how busy you get, you have to make time for at least an hour a week to practice djing.
great vlog. A couple of things when you talked about making video you said that you need "a beginning, a middle, and an end". Well when you're crafting your sets approach it the same way. I equate everything to the major clubs of NYC in the early 2000's where these guys would play for 6-7hours and it was a journey. So think of telling a story with your set. The crowd should be able to tell what's going on with you based on the music you're playing. To help with the creative roadblock, maybe work on different types of transitions. Work on looping and sampling in a different way from what you've been doing. Work with stems and make your own mashups. Or get into Serato Studio and start trying to make your own beats. I hope this helps. I love your content man keep going.

Thanks fam. I picked those up from Walmart a year or so ago
For your back health, you're going to want a higher table to practice on. Counter height, about 36 inches high. Your back will thank you.
