Chengdu, often referred to as China's "gay capital," is where the most advanced sixth-generation fighter jet was developed. This indicates that fostering and encouraging the LGBT community could significantly benefit military and technological advancements in the United States.
The second 6th gen design (competitor to this one) can shift its vertical stabilizer to horizontal to decrease radar cross section, and vise versa to increase maneuverability. So yes, it is very close to Ace Combat now

@@shawnf1106I don't think they "emulated" submerging jets at south china sea, or bowing to zion overlords, or insurance healthcare denials, or decrepit railways...
I'm Chinese. I think people might have misunderstood. This so-called sixth-generation fighter is not the same as the ones in the American sense or the ones that are popular internationally. What we are working on is an improvement based on the J-10. If the J-20 is considered a fifth-generation fighter, then this one would be a 4.5 or 4.6 generation, similar to an upgraded version, an improved model based on the J-10. It could be called J-10 Plus. But it has been circulating online for a long time that it's a sixth-generation fighter. Actually, our intention was just to say it's an improved J-10. But they kept hyping it up and now it's become that China has a sixth-generation fighter. How could it be so easy to develop one? China hasn't even started working on a sixth-generation fighter yet. How could it just be blown up like this? It's impossible. With so many spoilers under the fuselage and at the level of foam board model aircraft, this is just a target drone, for training the J-20.
The reason is the fear mongering from the privatized military industries in United States. "Oh China has a 6th gen fighter jet. We need another 2 trillion for a 6th gen fighter project that will probably be another 3 decades long project (milking the tax payers)

As an engineer I have worked honorably for my country China for 27 years and had the privilege to participate in the development of this generation of warplanes. Here I can disclose a little information to foreign netizens that this generation of warplanes is coal-burning.
It flys, which puts it ahead of a lot of other models out there. Though there is definitely a huge difference between something that can fly and something ready to fight.
Everyone is overthinking. This is a kite, I can see the string. We don't have fighters above the 3rd generation. The United States already has 10th generation fighters. India has 100th generation fighters. South Korea has mastered the use of 1000th generation fighters and hypersonic engines. Their 1000th generation fighters are everywhere, but they are too invisible for you to see.
Don't worry, my friend, I'm in China. This fighter jet doesn't fly fast at all, and it's not stealthy. The key is that its power source is three coal-burning engines.

Nah. At best a few more people at the DIA had to spend a bit more time looking at the video feeds the NSA scooped up for them, and then they sent a few emails out to tell liaisons at Lockheed and Northrop and Boeing to show the videos to the engineers there. Eventually somebody will write up a report and pass it along to the brass. Maybe some generals got phone calls from some hysterical Congressmen, but I'm pretty sure they aren't even paying attention right now. After the new Congress gets sworn in, they might ask for a briefing from somebody, and hold a hearing with some USAF officials. These flights weren't a surprise or anything. The US knows about China's programs and vice versa. Some specific details may have been successfully kept secret until now, but probably nothing more could be gleaned from these photos and videos that wasn't already known. I'm sure they'll look into it though. The real intelligence isn't so much about what planes exist, but what is the manufacturing capabilities of these production lines. They want to know the level of precision China is getting out of their equipment and factory workers. They want to know about the material science involved. They want to know how small the computer chips are, and the binning rates. They would also want to know about China's military doctrine, but they are still 30 or 40 years away from really having one for stealth aircraft. It's one thing to produce a handmade one-off prototype design of some kind of new weapon system. It is entirely different to be able to produce that design at scale. That requires a high level of manufacturing sophistication. That requires a high level of competency from the employees at the factory, and a high level of quality control. Individual weapons don't win wars. Logistics do. Producing quality things, at scale, for as low a cost as possible, is almost the entire ballgame. Monitoring your adversaries progress in these areas is essential to strategic planning. If you do manage to get a perfect mapping of a new plane's RCS and electronic emissions so you can tune your radars, guidance systems, and jammers, that's great. But knowing you have to produce x amount of a particular defense system so that you will have enough to deter an attack matters a lot more. And you can only really do that with a close look into every individual key component of the plane, see the standard to which it was produced, and where, for what cost. You can then understand the adversary's logistics, and understand what other sorts of weapon systems they might be capable of manufacturing today, tomorrow, ten years from now. Then you make your own plans.
If you ever manage to build a jet engine as good as the F-16's, I'll be quite impressed. Keep sticking three old Soviet designs with minor upgrades on your giant flying triangles in the meantime. I'm sure they'll work okay.
Just because an aircraft looks like a "6th" gen aircraft doesn't mean it actually is. So much of what would make an aircraft a 6th gen wouldn't really be obvious visually, things like sensors and other electronics/computers, stealth coating, infared emission reduction and integration with other defense assets such as unmanned wingmen.
I think these two designs are just test demonstrators like he had said. The two companies probably rush them to fly on Mao’s birthday just to get the state’s approval and funding. What we saw in the sky is probably an empty airframe with no actual software or sensors beyond avionics to keep the aircrafts stable in flight
You don’t fly an experimental aircraft over a major city unless you want to make absolutely sure to send a message - whether true or false - to domestic and international audiences. This was flown over Chengdu as both domestic patriotic propaganda, and to either intimidate, deter or misdirect the United States.
Definitely propaganda. There's no reason for so many people to just be waiting around with telephoto cameras ready to take pictures and video of it, and then be allowed to post about it on the internet without censorship. If they wanted it to be secret, we wouldn't know about it. So obviously they want everyone to know about it, and it therefore must be far less impressive than they're hoping we think it is. Appear strong when you are weak. Appear weak when you are strong. The US would not be intimidated by this, since their own 6th gen fighter programs were producing technology demonstrators over ten years ago, and a production-ready design was flying more than four years ago. The US will be going into production on their chosen planes any day now, and there will be operational units flying out of US air bases and off of aircraft carriers before any of these Chinese planes have settled on a final prototype. A technology demonstrator doesn't deter anybody. Only operational, production aircraft serves as a deterrent. All of Russia's wonder weapons in the lead-up to the current conflict they're engaged in has not stopped anyone from providing unprecedented levels of military support to their enemy, and even assisting directly with the destruction of major Russian assets by transfer of up-to-the-minute military intelligence. Misdirection is possible. China may be wanting to deceive the US about their intentions for future aircraft. The US routinely leaks details of its intended military R&D in order to convince adversaries to invest in defenses, while the US then studies those defenses and builds counters to them instead. China's massive investment into access denial systems, only for the US to build lots of expendable drones is a good example of this. The switch from low-flying stealth aircraft to high flying stealth aircraft is another example. China may be hoping that planes that look kinda like the US artist impressions made of 6th gen fighters released a decade ago are going to convince the US to invest a lot in technologies to defend against such aircraft, while China continues to work on its missiles instead. Meanwhile, it's very possible that China is only pursuing "6th gen" style technologies because the US tricked them into it, so they wouldn't invest as much into some other area of potential research and development.
Stage 3: Intellectual Fraud Stage 4: Incompetent Pilots Stage 5: Unproven paper military Stage 6: Chinese cope machine Stage 7: Japanese conquest on mainland China
I come from China. Don't be afraid of India and South Korea, you are the world's number one. These are all AI videos. The United States can use this to increase its budget.
this is not 6th generation fighter. 6th generation fighter are stealthy and can’t be captured by cameras. Only the US has true 6th generation fighter which hasn’t been photographed.
You may have misunderstood that this sixth generation aircraft is not the same as that of the sixth generation aircraft. What we are doing is not the sixth generation aircraft in the sense of the United States, nor the internationally popular fifth generation aircraft. We are improving on the basis of the J-20. If the J-20 is the fifth generation fighter, then our version is 5.5 or 5.6, similar to the improved version, which is an improved version based on the J-20 and can be called the fifth generation+. But it was rumored online for a long time that it was a sixth generation aircraft, but in fact, our thoughts were on the fifth generation reform. As a result, they hyped it up and became the first Chinese sixth generation aircraft to fly. How could it be so easy to get it done? The sixth generation machines in the United States are not planned yet, so just blow it off? This is an impossible thing.
The whole thing is kind of deep and many people don't understand it. For example, what about a nuclear-powered aircraft that would cause MAJOR problems if anyone shot at it? The people who don't understand it have no understanding of weapons technology at all. They think, "use big rock, smash opponent". In their countries, the only people who have enough money to eat are extremely neurodivergent. You know, like moderately-functioning autistic people in China. Sure, they MIGHT be able to understand Pokemon, but they don't relate to the characters at all. They just see a story about a boy who tries too hard, and wonder why he feels responsible for himself. In order to get an appellate trial in the US, you need to have always been the type of person who would have SERIOUSLY HARMED someone else (to have gotten accused in the first place). Their nonsensical, land-contaminating "revolution" sustains itself by accomodating sudden bursts of local leadership which are needed in order for the leader to achieve sufficient means of "hypnotizing himself to believe that he wants to live", whose insecurity is that "science" says "he's a loser, and an animal, and shouldn't want to live". They're due to be re-colonized soon, and it's going to be HILARIOUS when a country with an appellate court cracks down on the anarchy and chaos. Who NEEDS a fighter jet, anyway? What could POSSIBLY be the use of it? To defend against the aliens? To shoot down asteroids? The fighter jet doesn't really have a place in geopolitical conflict at all. It doesn't matter who makes which jet. They're all trash. And the trashiest people are the ones who work in the business of designing these idiotic machines before having dueled me to the death. th-cam.com/users/shortssAwSQHFRpp4?si=je5X6N3NgNs0nc-d
Americans always seem to have their feelings hurt every time another country tries to make a risky and innovative jet design so they have the need to start yapping irrelevant sh1t on how superior their jets are in the comments in hopes of making people stroke their ego
I am a Chinese. When I was in middle school in 2005, I was very fascinated by the military. I often read military magazines and news. Military magazines at that time introduced almost all Western weapons and equipment, such as the US B-2, F-22, F-35, as well as nuclear-powered aircraft carriers and nuclear-powered submarines. When I saw these weapons and equipment compared with China's weapons and equipment at that time, I felt inferior and almost desperate! Because those weapons and equipment were developed in the 1980s or 1990s. At that time, the most impressive thing we could show off was the J-10 fighter jet that had not yet been put into service, but this fighter jet was benchmarked against the F-16 developed by the United States in the 1970s! So we thought that the gap between us and the United States was at least 30 years. I thought at the time that if we reached the level of the United States in the 1990s in 30 years, what level would the US weapons and equipment reach in 30 years! It's simply unimaginable! So you can understand this despair, right? But the fact is that in the past 20 years, China has developed J-20, J-35, 052D, 055, as well as aircraft carriers and various drones, hypersonic weapons DF-21, DF-26, etc. Even the closest six-generation fighters and early warning aircraft and 076 amphibious assault ships! And what about the United States in the past 20 years? Except for a few failed projects, such as the new littoral combat ship, Zumwalt destroyer and X-47B. There are almost no new weapons worth noting. Now when it comes to the advanced weapons of the United States, they are still the B-2, F-22, and F-35 from decades ago. We can estimate that we can catch up, but what we can't imagine is that the United States actually waited for us for 20 years! And some of these advanced equipment are already old and outdated.
There are over 1000 F-35s already produced, no country on earth has the advancd production capability to keep up with the united states. The US has more 5th gen fighters than russia and china have fighters total of any kind combined.
As a military enthusiast with nearly 30 years of in-depth experience in China, I can confidently say that this aircraft is not a sixth-generation fighter; it is just slightly more advanced than India's Tejas. Easy Americans!
Confucious say, "if Chyna flies their 6th gen, top secret, super duper new plane over a city in broad daylight and it ends up on Tik Tok for everyone to see, it's probably not a 6th gen, top secret, super super new plane."
on Dec.25 afternoon, I stood on my balcony with my new made diamond-shape kite in Chengdu. when I fly my kite, somehow there was a J-20 jet just pass by, someone took the photo at that moment and upload on youtuber. now I saw everybody is talking about my new kite everywhere. it's an amazing world. 😀😀😀
You’ve only seen a couple photos, but already concluded it’s 6th gen? It might still be 5th gen, or even a sleek looking 4th gen. We know nothing about it as yet. No doubt the pentagon and military contractors will happily call it 6th gen, as it would scare capitol hill into dumping another couple billion into the military.
It is a copy of the American 7th generation fighter bomber. Because the 7th generation plane is so advanced you can't see it even it is on the ground. But the US has it already 😂
America does not need to show its 6th gen fighter, remember the f117 was in service for a decade before people saw it. China showing these things just show internal insecurities.

There's the Chinese bots, and then the Chinese paid trolls, and they are mostly talking to each other. The bots you can tell based on the name. It is always the same. There's one in this thread. They post in English, and their messages aren't identical, but they are similar in terms of what is being said. The Chinese trolls actually post in Chinese. They are probably uneducated, and are all in a room somewhere. They get a few specific talking points, which each person creates a message for, and then they each copy-paste that same message over and over again with different accounts. The Pentagon doesn't do TH-cam bot comments that much. Their bots are mostly on Twitter and Facebook. Here on TH-cam they have actual human assets, who they get to make videos. They also have assets writing articles for all the various military news sites, and there are people unwittingly making videos based on those news sites, unaware they are just helping to launder the message even more. These assets aren't usually paid directly, but are given lots of access, which makes them feel special and feel an obligation to be as helpful as they can be to their Pentagon and MIC "friends".
Light Bombers can be just as scary as full blown fighters. Imagine this thing carrying a tonne of long range A2A missiles and sniping at force multipliers like AWACS and stuff. Itt definitely "looks" stealthy enough.
I'm thinking J20 is chinese riposte to F35 and J36 is on F22. China has a problem with jet engine they try to copy russian engine, but is bad, so they need extra 1 jet engine to compare speed with european and american jets. First produced jet F22 was in 97 that was 27 yers ago, so we wait a lot for China move.
Closed up photo of this aircraft shows its serial number '36011", which by PLAAF convention means model 36, plane# 011. So this was not the first prototype plane.
we knew about this plane before China did, trust. they get their plans from us and uk engineers through spies, just like they have for the past 30 years. that plane is nothing to worry about.
Sadly, some of the Americans commenting in this video are proving exactly why China is pulling ahead of the US on every metric... lack of education, fake American exceptionalism, sins of a dying empire. And I say this not as an insult, but as someone who backs the U.S. and is very concerned about your future, and ours.

我认为你说的很对,中国没有能力制造出第 6 代战斗机.中国只是个发展中国家.

The US has kept a lot of their equipment secret due to increased copycat designs
我是中国人,我昨天去飞机现场看了,用手指轻轻敲了敲飞机外壳,它居然是用纸盒糊的,你们美国的F22和F35才是世界最伟大的战机,所以请不用惊慌,继续美好的生活!
那明明是我在放风筝!
You’ve only seen a couple photos, but already concluded it’s 6th gen? It might still be 5th gen, or even a sleek looking 4th gen. We know nothing about it as yet.
No doubt the pentagon and military contractors will happily call it 6th gen, as it would scare capitol hill into dumping another couple billion into the military.
but it’s existence proved something, maybe it will be the paradigm of NG fighter design
It is a copy of the American 7th generation fighter bomber. Because the 7th generation plane is so advanced you can't see it even it is on the ground. But the US has it already 😂
@@laowantongchau well i hope to see it.But du u have any resource of this so called 7th generation? No offense

America does not need to show its 6th gen fighter, remember the f117 was in service for a decade before people saw it. China showing these things just show internal insecurities.
And that's why it has announced the 6th gen fighter project has been put on hold too.🤣
Exactly. Well put.
The amount of Chinese simps and trolls in here is pathetic.

The battle of the Pentagon's and China's bots in the comments. Get your popcorn.
Real 😂
lmao this made me crack up. Thank you
There's the Chinese bots, and then the Chinese paid trolls, and they are mostly talking to each other.

It looks more like a light bomber than a fighter.
Fighter bomber.
@@laowantongchau so multirole?

No, 36 is the chest circumference, and 11 is the waist circumference! This is the big kite I flew.
5th gen fighters are aesthethically the peak
Idk...the F-14 Tomcat has always been a beautiful silhouette.
F35 e ridiculously ugly
imo 4th gen is peak.
Nothing is prettier than an F-16
@@thekraken1173 they are all ugly aside from the f-22 and maybe the su-57
It peaked at 4th gen
The American and British intelligence services have truly locked in for this video
we knew about this plane before China did, trust. they get their plans from us and uk engineers through spies, just like they have for the past 30 years.
that plane is nothing to worry about.
Sadly, some of the Americans commenting in this video are proving exactly why China is pulling ahead of the US on every metric... lack of education, fake American exceptionalism, sins of a dying empire. And I say this not as an insult, but as someone who backs the U.S. and is very concerned about your future, and ours.
outside of China no major military uses Chinese fighters/bombers everyone uses Russian, American and French fighters/bombers.... there's a reason behind that.
Pulling ahead lmfao
almost all of the worlds best universities are in the US. what the hell are you talking about. There's a reason China is sending everyone they can to get educated in the US
US say China stolen from me. So I can't make the 6th airplane
Use Ctrl X instead of using Ctrl C

Why 3 engines? Bcs 1 is rocket engine so it can fly into space
Doesn't look like a fighter and instead looks like a bomber.
@@Hungry_God yeah and it's going to be bombing us

All sixth gen fighters will be much larger than their 5th gen counterparts. Payload is too important in contemporary warfare
