CLIP DESCRIPTION:
The angel Gabriel (Christopher Walken) gets himself a gun and a radio and asks Izzy (Brittany Murphy) about them.
FILM DESCRIPTION:
Christopher Walken returns as the guerrilla angel Gabriel, the leader of an evil heavenly revolution in which bad angels seek to upset the heavenly hierarchy by destroying humanity and all good angels -- because Gabriel believes God favors mortals. This time, Gabriel has been spit from the bowels of Hell, where even Lucifer tired of the chaos he created. He is stalking the L.A. streets in hopes of finishing his bloody war by murdering the second incarnation of Christ, who is gestating within the womb of nurse Jennifer Beals. Protecting her is the angel Danyael (Russell Wong). As Gabriel is not literate in late-20th-century technology, he enlists the assistance of Izzy (Brittany Murphy), a depressive teen whom he saves from suicide.

Scary thought: Something like this really happened in September 1983. A computer error showed a Soviet Missile commander that the US had launched an attack. This was just after the Soviet Air Force shot down a Koren airliner killing several Americans, including a Congressman. Tensions were very high at the time, but instead of launching his missiles at once he waited long enough to realize his computers were giving him a false signal

Edit: I just made a confusion... Gabriel is the messenger of God... But he is probably the most important angel... Michael was the one who fought the devil, you're right... But series are also showing Michael as a villain. In tv show Lucifer, Michael is the one who looks like Lucifer, being his evil twin, and is the villain...

Im confused in the first film Thomas was able to kill Jerry with a firearm and he died easily. Izzy shoots herself and she doesn't die
He shot Jerry multiple times in the chest with very little effect, then shot em in the head and took him out that way, this lady just shot herself once so she basically felt nothing from that.

So woman shoots a gun, and shoots herself and guy just calmly walks in.....no screaming, no yelling, "SOMEBODY CALL THE COPS!", no running, no hiding, just walks in looking around the corner.....makes sense....Hollywood sense.

@r33mote oh yeah. Ive seen everything of his lol. Been in love with him almost my whole life, since 1990 when i was 5 and saw his James Bond movie. The Denver movie is probably the first ive seen him in that his character was truly repulsive. Not because he wasn't brilliant in it, he was just that good at playing him. I prefer his more sleek and cat-like characters like in the Prophecy, King of New York and in Suicide kings, rather than his really bizaare and crazy characters.
@r33mote myfamily thinks im weird though. I watched it with my grandma and her friends when i was 5, and they were all gushing about how handsome Roger Moore was. I said no grandma, i think the bad guy is the handsomist lol. And i was obsessed with Batman and the catwoman, and had to watch the sarah plain and tall series for school. So yeah, loved him pretty much all my life
