Govt to Withdraw Support for Minority Status of Jamia Millia Islamia

On Prime Time, a discussion on minority institutions in the country and the special privileges (if any) enjoyed by them over the other institutions. A year after the Centre declared that it doesn't consider AMU as a minority institution; it is set to file an affidavit in court stating that it is not consider Jamia Millia Islamia as a minority institution. Dr. Faizan Mustafa, Vice-Chancellor of NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad however says that articles 29 and 30 of the constitution grants special rights to minorities on culture and education. Depriving institutions of minority status he thinks can come in the way of opportunities available for people belonging to minority communities. (Audio in Hindi)

1 . Kuch political parties tustikaran ki politics karati hai aur jab ham majoritism ki bat karate hai to hamare yaha minoritism bahut jyada hota hai
2.if you see the minorities at national level but what about at the state level kya state level pr minority hai woh apne culture ko aur language ko preserve kar payenge
