Wow, this is one of the best Tiny Homes I've seen. The entire loft area, to me, is bonus space. So many possibilities. I'd probably make one of the lofts a larger TV hang-out room.
It’s amazing what they are charging now for these homes Much better off buying a house that needs to be fixed off If you figure out the dollar amount per sq foot They are making a fortune
This home is beautiful. I would take out the top and bottom windows on the left and right side on the front. That would add a little more wall space and still have plenty of light coming in. I would definitely want a regular door instead of the sliding glass doors. That would also give a little more wall space. Maybe a front door with a little half moon window at the top. You’d still get a little light coming through there too. Love the black cabinets in the kitchen. If the loft to the left has more ceiling clearance, I would put the bed on that side and make the right loft a chill area.
Yeah I'm considering selling my house and trying to figure out a way to buy some land, and put one of these on it. The cost of having a septic, well and electricity ran would be way too much. Probably 60,000+ not including price of land 60,000+ and then the price of this unit 92,500+. It just wouldn't be worth it. You'd have to find land with all the amenities already there. Maybe land with a old condemned house on it. Not sure
How energy efficient are all those windows. Did I see shades already installed. I love this and could see it in a beach or lake with windows facing the view. Love the fireplaces especially in the bedroom.
In Florida with all the hurricanes we would need fewer windows and more lighting in the kitchen and hallway area but I do love the storage space. The bathroom sinks needs to be updated to match the rest of the nice bathroom I would think you would need a mini-split to actually cool that much area
It's amazing what's being done with mini houses. The multiple windows are impressive but seriously, I don't want people to watch my every move. Your home is your (private) castle. And how are they in a storm? Are there tie-downs?
Thank you for mentioning the head room in the 1st loft. There's too many windows for me on this one, I need wall space, lol. But it's beautiful nonetheless.
The tiny home are becoming more and more popular, the prices are being driven up. You can get a very nice used mobile home for a better price. Thats the rout im going. These are beautiful tho
Look up real estate companies & black rock buying up these mobile home parks. I know of of 3 states (but I can’t remember the 3rd state), Phoenix, Arizona & Florida. After the company was bought, these companies jacked up the rent lots 2xs to 3xs the amount. The choices left for the tenants was pay $1200+, move the mobile home (extremely expensive), or walk away from a mobile home that could be paid off (bc you can’t afford to move it). Just something to consider.
I've seen it where the door wasn't in the direct corner, which makes no sense to put it there. Put the door closer towards the middle so your living room is way bigger and you have way more seating area with a larger TV.
I wanted to see how much this house costs but I had to give my info.. Just put the prices out there for people to see.. Yes I know that if you add things the price goes up. You can at least list a price.
Start by calling your city or the city you want to live in. It’s amazing how many cities won’t let you have one. They usually want a minimum sq. The range varies. I’ve seen 800sq to 1700sq. It may or may not include porches etc. You also want to contact your insurance company too. It usually falls under RV insurance. The one I talked to is based on sq footage & won’t allow a wood stove. Depending on the sq, you may have to have a thermostat. Also ask about sq footage & porches too if you will have to meet certain requirements. Another option is looking for a rv or tiny home park. Some places will allow you to buy a lot. The majority does not. So if you have to rent, you want to know the lot fees & rules. Consider if the lot fees triple. Some are very very strict. Also have a plan if the lot fees go up & how you will move. Some places will require you to pay a professional to move. Just some things we are considering. I hope this helps.
@@gizmosworld5855 It always seems like nobody wants to allow an affordable home anywhere. I do not want to live in any city. So far my price checking find the price of an rv park is as high as a mortgage. No savings there. I can't find savings in any tiny house or RV. And I still cannot afford a home for rent or purchase.
@@Justjack613 I completely understand! I hate living in the city. As far as I know there is only 3 options. 1 Buying land & you will have to contact the city/county to see if placing a tiny home is allowed. Thats not easy from my experience so far. I don’t this is going to be an option for me. 2 renting a lot in a rv, mobile home or tiny home community. 3 putting a tiny home on someone’s property. That also needs to be confirmed with the city/county too. You don’t have to move bc a private landlord didn’t do his due diligence. Neighbors can be petty. Contact your bank/credit union or even the tiny home builder to see if you can get a loan. Speaking for myself. Based on my personal calculations, we can pay ours off in 2-3 years. What we pay in rent alone will help. Another tip, look for a builder close to where you want to live. I think this builder is in Indiana? I love the models I’ve seen so far. I’m going to talk to this builder & look at options. Finding a location near the builder is important too bc that will cut down on transportation costs. I ruled out really good builders bc of their location vs where I want to live. Honestly, go down the tiny house rabbit hole. Listen to all the good & bad. Look at models & see what you like & don’t like. Best advice given to me was try not to go custom & try fit into a model bc you will save money. I hope this helps. It’s a lot work & I think it will be worth it. Keep an open mind. I gave you all the information I have so far. Hopefully, this will cut some time down for you.
That bath sink is not even fitting with the rest of the house can you change that? Oh how much adjusting can you have? Bc the closets in master I get but it's wasted space when you can't actually see what's in there. And the bedroom I'd loose a bit of kitchen space or loft for more bedroom space.
@@PARKMODELHOMESNATIONWIDE yes! It’s definitely a plus! While white shaker is easy & nice-I’m more for the being different & making it my own personal touch with what I like. There are 4 different models I’d like to take a piece or two from each design and incorporate it into what I want built!
By far my favorite little home, perfect set up, too bad no price. Cant order when i dont know how far off i am, i dont want to spend over $100k for a camp in maine, i can spend $76k for a beautiful park model Forest river, fully loaded....but i like the fact that this looks more like a house, not a camper...but...not for $200k...does anyone know what this one is selling for?
There is a guy in Hood River Oregon who has 4 tiny homes on a lot he rents out. Claims hes made over $2,000,000 in profit. Some people cry about the price of things and some people get shit done
With all the windows I think I’d like a regular door for a little more wall space.
Very nice home. I really wish you would mention where you are located and also your website

Tiny homes for those who can accommodate the space are going to be a thing of the future
Very nice floor plan ,really like this one
I love this home. I love black accents with white. I usually don't like gold pulls but I do love it with the black cabinets.
I hate that you dont list the price, not even worth watching with no price..
Most tiny homes are between $70,000 start prices to up highest price of $135,000 from what's been told to me on park model homes.
They cost the same amount as most normal homes in states that dnt have a shitty house market.
@@Godallmarley with that being said, hello from Michigan. Bet you know what brought me here
Because the price is too high. May as well find a real house, a fixer upper. I wonder if it depreciates like a car.
It’s amazing what they are charging now for these homes
Much better off buying a house that needs to be fixed off

This is one of the better lay outs. That loft with the 55 inches of head room is a bonus.

That's really cool that you would do things backwards and counter intuitively, so cleaver!
@@greenwave819😂😂😂
that one is nice. perfect for when the kids come home to visit, plenty of space for the kitchen to store appliances and food.
Great floor plan! Love the white cabinets!
This is beautiful. I'm on my way to buy 20 acres and this on that land would make my soul happy.

With all the cupboards I would lose one of the lower cabinets in the kitchen and put a dishwasher in, which is a must for me
They do have those drawer dishwashers that save space but are full size. 😊
Seriously….can you deliver to Alabama?… without me selling a kidney🙃
Lol
Let alone Alabama. Can you deliver to my country, far away. 😊
Please give a price in your videos. Thanks.

Price? Did I miss it?
Beautiful but how much is it?
How much ??? What is square footage??
Omg yes I have 3 kids 2 boys and a girl I need this
Now this one I could live in !!
The only alteration I would want would be to exchange that wheeled kitchen island for a dining room table.
I really like the double loft with the high ceilings. Very cool.
Well done guys..the storage is amazing and you aren't wanting for anything lots of windows and light too..very nice!!
Nice model!
Do the windows come with screens?
Hi! How come you don't mention prices? Also, you guys deliver /install on Fort Pierce Florida?

Do you sale them in Pa. Or just in Washington

I would love to do a tiny home. Iowa isn't up to the times yet. Would this model stand up to Iowa winters?
Absolutley beautiful

Lots of negative comments here. Lol. These units are awesome for those of us who are building and dont want to live in a regular rv.
What is the cost and how long is the manufacturing process?
98k plus shipping from what they said to one person in the thread.
I love this one.
Do you deliver to other areas? Do you gear up solar for off grid?
Do you have any models where the kitchen is located where the living room is?

Nice hope the price is just as nice !! 😊
do you deliver to any state or just west coast
Price? You left out the most important detail and will it cool off in Texas?
What is the price of that model as shown? Do you do zoning research to see if it can be placed on vacant land?
How much
Im curious how much the tiny home shown on the video cost.
Price isn’t even on their website…you have to send in your info to get a “custom quote”…which means it’s way overpriced for the sqft
With the drop down bedroom is this model still 399 sq ft?
Great presentation!
Thanks Maggie!
