Great video. Think the only reason you had trouble with loop was you had to copy last rotation key frame and paste 20 frames later, there was no pause

Oo I'll make something dive a bit deeper in terms of beat matching
just bake to sound you can bake anyhting to sound like lights changing, sizes changing, modifiers that deform your shape with noise, etc.
personally I like doing fcurve noise instead same channel menu, it goes with any music

Hello mate, at 4.19 when I click on curve object the Bezier circle is not there, it's just an empty box?
i had the same issue. When you add the circle make sure that it is a curve circle, and not the mesh circle, worked for me!
how synch with music ?
i'm pretty much just looking at the sound waves and looking for the bass and manually doing it
