I got the a10 early today and it is well worth it in my opinion and it takes out planes like nothing the only thing i hate is that you can only carry to homer missiles (i got it for 29.99 US dollars it was on sale) but i have tons of fun with it and it makes the game so much funner
I often use Mavericks to take out Basebombers on the A10 mostly because these can't be flared and can be shot up to 12Km max. and for some reason I can one flare 9Ls every time.

I got the f5c cuz i wanted the afterburner but if you are good in an A10 you can outturn most other jets. when i was still doing SQB we had an A10 pilot on our team and he was insane
Basically If you wanna buy the a10 early for air rb then you are just wasting money. Ground rb its really good actually it can carry guided bombs which I think the tech tree A10 couldn’t. If you wanna air rb only then F5c.
A6 is probably better bc it gets many bombs many aim9l and is faster over all better...... But imo if u want something that u can use efficiently to grind get the f5e and talisman it It has mavericks 4 for cas its amazing for air to air It can bomb bases...but i recommend not overall the f5e is the best for grinding the Tech tree Edit and it easy to use and is fun
I find it fun, it really depends on the person tho since I’ve shot down planes that are like 1000x better just with it. That’s why they say it’s the pilot not the plane.

F-5C is the best prem in game. I don’t have it but it has the best guns and it teaches you how to dogfight with trash missiles
