A musical about a kid who gets pill that installs a voice in your ear expressing how to be cool in real time, I can definitely relate to wanting this in highschool. And for some reason "Michael in the bathroom" almost made me cry and I'm not sure why lol Great job guys
I mean, even out of context, the song crushes you. Just listening to the lyrics, it's about a man whose best friend just ditched him. And its common for geeks (and nerds) to have one or two friends throughout school. So just the thought of losing that friend to the popular kids, and having to brace through school alone... It hurts so much. We have ALL been there; or could easily imagine what it would have been like. And of course George delivers the performance beautifully too.
Whether it's muscle memory or getting into the character, I love seeing and recognizing George's movements in mitb, and the buildup is amazing everytime. Also, I love how everyone is dancing to the songs, they look like they're having a great time
At the end of the last song you can just see and hear how much the cast love and care for one another. They are a family and I really hope to have something like that one day.

I love seeing George do so many different versions of Michael in the Bathroom. Although the original cast recording version is my favorite, even the difference between the Broadway press one and the Broadway cast recording one is clear, and I love it. He always says he brings a different interpretation to it, and it's evident.
