That's a cool deck box, dude. Not kidding. Scorched earth would be interesting in some kind of colorless EDH deck. There's probably a number of cards in your deck that you could convert to EDH.
Thanks :) I got it back when I was playing, I loved it but it still felt weird taking it out, everyone else just had their deck in a small, efficiently sized box, made me a bit uncomfortable. Gamegenic deckbox on the way today though. Ill be keeping that deckbox as a part of my collection though! I would like to build a commander deck, but still getting use to the game. Will definitely see if some of these can make good use in the deck!
@MTGJourney there's like 70,000 different cards now or something but there's a lot of Internet content on the game in every aspect. Take your time. That deck box is just cool. It looks like you're opening a tome or spell book. It actually reminds me of the flavor from those days.
Sadly my oldest best friend never played MTG. The ones I did play with we have not had contact in over 25 years :( no falling out or anything, just life moved on... I know one of them would have a pretty amazing collection though >.< Now trying to find new people to play with
I highly recommend playing again, I live in CO and my friend lives in NC; we started talking about MTG randomly and he sent me a box of cards (had lost most of my collection); I took a trip to NC to play MTG last spring and am on my 3rd trip in a few weeks to go play; it is that much fun
Thank you! I will check out ManaBox now :) Im hoping that I can get good enough to be able to travel to tournaments. I travel to tournaments for another game, its a great way to meet likeminded people and visit new areas
Great collection. You could probably make a few bucks selling these either as singles or as a collection but to me they are worth keeping for the nostalgia/aesthetics. Get a nice binder and enjoy a little perusal from time to time.
thanks 😊 i think you are right, probably worth keeping. hopefully i can find my other cards because i definitely had more. But I think keeping these will make me happier than getting a few bucks, especially now that im getting back into the game
Thanks for the rankings I went through with a card scanner and got some good prices for them.. Though doubtful ill be able to sell them it was fun going through them. Really hope I can find my old folder of rares that I collected.. Its looking doubtful though
100% agree. I went through and scanned them (2 videos up on those) and did find some valuable cards according to recent sales. not enough to make me want to sell them, especially considering their condition not sure id get much might be nice just to have an appreciate :D
the snowflake symbol on the Icy Manipulator that you said you didn't recognize is Ice Age. unfortunately, aside from being an infamous reprint, the only Manipulators that have any value are the ABU original art.

There's actually quite a bit of value here, don't do anything with them until you check their values!
