Yes that's correct! Usually in OS I play this deck with 1 or 2 spirit links. Like Timmy mentioned it's always a risk to get a 2 for 1 for the opp, but when it sticks on the board it's devastating.
Thanks for the great video report! I remember these were 3 intense games - tough matches for the GW deck. Game 3 was probably a mistake to keep a one-land hand, but after already taking 1 mulligan I felt like I should give it a try. Nice mono blue build - it really showed its explosiveness in the skies 👏
@@TimmytheSorcerer When I saw the blue fliers then that green deck I was like... it doesn't look amazing in general but it looks tailor made to beat the blue fliers. Well, so much for that LOL
Cool thanks for the info. I thought the Italian Revised was black border for some reason. I'm pretty sure the French and German revised are black border aren't they? I'm almost positive I've seen some foreign black border dual lands before.
Yes, my deck is worth something, but it's a lifetime of playing Magic (I've been playing since 1995). These cards have given me so much joy, I probably will never part with them.
I think Bart left out Spirit Link because it isn't in ABU or Arabian Nights? It would be sweet in that deck though.
True 😂 🙌

@12:40 why does he not attack with efreet first?
Good point, he could've hit me for 3 and blow up the board after.
that was a good ol' blunder :D
Good job Tim! Too bad we couldn’t see Bart’s deck in action😢
Gotta love them original decks!
Absolutely, he was the cool Tim in this match with his sweet deck 🙌

Loved your deck 🙌 You really came close in that 3rd game with just 1 land 😱
wonderful blue deck
Thanks Nefien 🙌 It was fun to play with and already have ideas how to perfect the brew for next year.
12:35 not attacking first??
Yep, that would’ve been better 🤷♂️

@patsk8872 he was close, but those ridiculous power 9 openings and timewalk really gave me the victory.
Hey timmy wich sleeve on your deck ? Dual matte soul ?
Thanks for the upload Timmy. Are those Serendibs from Summer Magic or something?
No, they're Italian (FWB). They're a nice budget friendly option if you want the real art. I also like the white border :)

7:05 - We all see the reason why it's not in your opponent's deck in this specific tournament. Check expansion symbol ;).
🙌
blue deck could use a mana drain (risucchia potere), phantom ship instead of phantom monster would also be an upgrade i think
It’s 1993 only, so everything after ARN can’t be played.
@TimmytheSorcerer oh ok
Also, AVOID FATE is from Legends. 😣
Yeah, seems I kinda forgot about all that. So many great tournaments lately 😅
I’m surprised many green players don’t use it. 🤷🏻♂️
Man I can’t even imagine how much these decks are worth… we’re talking 10s of thousands of dollars
Bart's deck is actually super cheap as far as 93 decks go. No Power. I think the most expensive card in his deck is the orb at about $700
The full Unlimited power itself could be about 20-25k. But that's the most expensive. Normally followed by Orb, LoA and expensive duals I'd say

True, Bart's deck is super budget friendly. I think the dual lands and the Ifh-Biffs are the most valuable cards.
