@@TaiwanPlus Been away from home since 1988 or '89, thus am sure the changes of food scene has been diverse and lots of international cuisine and food also make its debut in Taiwan. Also global stage for foodies to be at from night market (ma and pa run stall) to known upscale Taiwanese restaurant/cuisine.
